Is the 20th of January Aquarius or Capricorn?

I thought it was Aquarius but websites are telling me otherwise.

From my understanding from what I was told long ago just like July 22nd and other days that fall on the cusp (be it beginning or end of each sign) it depends on the year.

January 21st is usually the first day but again depending on the year.
