Nothing exciting and fun?
Yeah I know the look you speak of. The RAT Race. Zombies. Man I hate it. Makes me want to do something crazzy to wake these people up so they start living life. Come on!
Well good for you. I am all about forward motion and not getting stuck. If more people would watch and listen to aquarians, they would be happier.
How long are you going to be there?
And then their lives mean nothing in my opinion. They don't make a difference. Like their salary means they've "arrived". Arrived where?
It definitely is time to start doing and keep doing. I don't think I'll ever stop learning though. Not until I die, right? But it's also time to stop doing the same things that haven't worked for us before.
I am convinced stagnation ages people. Aren't you?
"That project you've been contemplating? It's time to put it in motion. The stars emphasize fresh starts and exciting initiatives. Circumstances are particularly favorable to situations that require pioneering spirits."
I can't change the stars.. but how about a birthday hug?
You get a hug whenever we want to give you one, right STD? Here is a hug for you Primegen.
So who do you work for? What kind of company? I work for a non-profit--trying to save it financially so they can stay alive. I will know in June.
Happy B-day primegen.
"No, I'm more interested in making things change in a positive direction. Maybe a visit to a steak house but I'm not going to do off topic stuff, need to focus on moving to the next level. Frankly everyone I know does a 9-5 and look like walking zombies and act like pompus asses. There has to be more than that in life and I'm breaking out to find it."
i'm on the same trip!!! π
i want to quit my 9-5, too!!! π 9-5 jobs bring stability but kill creativity π’
i figured, it would lead through a presentation of my business/art on a website, for me too!
i made the first step out of my 9-5 today! i requested a day off work per week and it looks to be fine with my employer! saves them money π
prim, let's have a lil? competition - who will make it first!
i guess it would be you, i'm not that business orientated and not that focused. but i'm determined to break out, too. so, a little race would get me going a bit faster π
what you think?!
oh, and happy birthday! π
... but i said that already.
Happy Birthday Primegem......you young thirty something!
Have a great day.......as your name suggests you are now in your "Prime" and we all know what a "gem" you can be:-) Happy Birthday big boy.
A x

you know i have been thinking the same thing... getting so bored working a normal 9-5 job... there has to be more so do..
yeah mike, meet you in spain, someday π
yep, sunshine! that would be the main reason for me to relocate to a more southern country. it's so motivating to begin your day with sunshine π
hamburg is such a nice city, but it's so grey and wet here most of the time... london-ish.
lol π
i understand! and that's the point - i'm trying to do exactly the same. didn't mean we should compete who's best or anything similar. it wasn't even a dare, hehe. rather say from time to time what stage we've reached. a little friendly game as you put it. share experiences, talk about (possibly similar) problems we encounter on the way.
but yeah, if you're on a mission and it's too personal to get anything to interfere with it and get you off course, that's ok. π
any plans for a celebration yet?
"... but some how I don't think you are that interested."
reversed psychology GO!
lol yeah, you're right, i wasn't that interested, but now YOU MADE ME SOOOO CURIOUS!!!!
c'mon, give 'ere! where's the link? π
btw, you still speak about competition. i thought i made it clear that i actually didn't mean to compete?!?!?! π
speaking of steak houses though, i'd love to go to buenos aires and have some really nice argentinean huftsteaks (that's the german word for it, don't know the english). have you ever been there?
ah, ok. argentine steak houses in germany are quite nice and since i always wanted to visit buenos aires i thought i could go to a steak house there. seemed to me just so authentic, lol
i am a serious meat eater, but still don't know meats' names, so, Brazillian for me then! π

It's almost your birthday! What are you going to do for the day besides work?
You have to do something nice for yourself wayyy over there in Brazil. Like, a spa day, or a massage, or pedicure, or all the above and dinner. What's the plan?
