I'd say Sagittarius because of 2 relationships I know of that have lasted for years. The only knowledge I have with an Aquarius-Gemini relationship is with an Aquarius woman and her Gemini boyfriend who drove her crazy because he was so moody. That did not end pretty.

Gem women & Sagg. are alot alike. There's not really much of a difference.

I'd say that Gem. women are better communicators though to Aquarians. I hear about alot more Aqua/Gem relationships lasting moreso than I do Aqua & Sagg's lasting.

But hey, who knows. To each it's own.

I think both signs have the potential to work out with Aquarius, if they'd finally be ok with sitting their asses down somewhere!
