What would you do—

Ok i need some advice here. What would you do in the guy you have like for months something finally happens between you, but heres the catch he praposed(I'm probably spelling that wrong) to his two year girlfriend four days before he hooks up with you.
Am i just some piece of ass he thinks he can get because his girlfriend lives in another state. Here the other catch i really really really like this guy we have been friends for 7 months and we flirt constantly. And for this to happen it confuses the Freak out of me. Should i confront him and tell him how i really feel. I do not want to lose his friendship he's one of my best friends. What should i do—

He proposed to someone else.

I don't know you or this other guy, but from the outside looking in- doesn't look like love. Regardless of how you feel for him, he has a relationship he hasn't ended yet and doesn't look like he's planning to end because proposed to her. At best-- his decision to MARRY this other woman has him nervous then he turned to you for emotional support and got carried away. At worst-- he's using you. Neither situation says, "happily ever after" for you and him. Making a romantic move on him now-- when he's not even "ending" things with his other situation is not a good idea. In the end, you'll be the one who will get hurt. Be his friend.. let the rest go.

I think I have decided what I'm going to do. I really like this guy and I cant get involved with other guys because I'm always telling myself it's not him. so I have come to the conclusion to just tell him how I feel and then tell him he needs to go . Basically I'm quiting gold turkey. I cant just be his friend when he flirts constantly making me think something is there so as hard as this is going to be i have to break away. I cant be his friend anymore, so I have to say good bye.
