A Work in progress/Spring cleaning

I must declare this list to the world so I will have no excuse not to follow through.
1. I will work on my procrastination.
2. I will stop eating at Taco Bueno.
3. I will start again with my exercise program, and get out and start running again.
4. I will NO longer seek anyone's approval.
5. I will not allow my smoking 'demons' continue to control me, I will find the strength to stop smoking.
6. I will stop wasting my time on friends who do not give back.
7. I will start cooking healthy meals at home and stop blowing money on eating out.
8. I will get my 'focus' back and see that my true priorites come first rather than JUSt having fun.
9. I will take my dogs for a walk for at least fifteen minutes down the block just because they deserve it.
10. I will stop spinning these empty promises to myself, I will JUST DO IT.
11. Watch Bridgett Jones Diary about twice a week to keep me on track.
12. I will attempt to keep my laundry up consistently so it is not a constant headache.
13. I will ignore my inner critic from now on, stop going over things I've done wrong, just accept is part of the past and really Learn HOW TO MOVE ON.
14. I will discern whether or not I am living my life till it's fullest, I will give myself six months to determine what really makes me happy. And stop wavering.
15. I will give of myself to those who are deservant, out of kindness in my heart.
16. I will learn how to use my will power and seek more self discipline.

(I'm sure I have missed plenty, but it does feel liberating!)
