cant seem to understand this aries man!

So about 3 and a half years back give or take i met this guy at a social thing..he was a friends friend..Safe to say we would have spent mayb an hour or so together.. He was the typical bad guy n i knew that this wasn't gonna turn into anything.. There was a kiss nothing wild just a short lil makeout n i moved back,..Well anyways that night he said "i will keep ur hairclip so u contact me for it the next day" lol yes i realise we were being lame but it didnt matter .. We were young n it was all in fun.. Anywhooo we didnt call or talk the next day. But in a few days he did add me on facebook n that was it. I didnt say a word and neither did he..
Moving on a few months i was cleaning up my facebook n removing ppl i dont talk to and all that.. N i removed him coz it was done.. Anyways just a while after that i started dating someone new and aries man came back adding me n messaging me saying "I love you" i sat there shocked and more confused as to how can he love me..i just laughed it off and moved on asked about how he is and stuff but he said that -he never forgot me and didnt talk to me that time becoz aftr our first meeting he actually got into a live relationship n all that but he did remember our kiss.... Weird right.. Basically i told him i was dating someone and its serious to which he replied "doesnt matter u will end up with me.. U r mine"
I dont know whether this is typical aries behaviour or is he psycho! I laughed it off n just didnt think much about it.. Welll soo just few days back again he has come nack again harping the same thing.. N let me tell you we live in different parts of the world.. Soo back to the story few day back he came back saying " he will marry my ass one day and he wont let me go and he loves me and HE WANTS TO HAVE SMALL BABIES WITH ME" he wants me to come to his country soon so we can plan a future together! What future?! Like hello whats going on! ... Like whaaaa cant seem to understand him. 3 and a half years back 1hour cant make soo much of a diff can it? He doesnt know me soo well or what i have been upto.. He knows nothing... I m starting to think he is psycho n crazy possessive..

What is it that the good/bad type of guy you're talking about are always taken but flirting or making out when they are in a relationship?

Well if m not mistaken he wasnt in a relationship but what i was told abt him by my friends was that he was a player n forever high and all that.. Compatibility wise well we can hav a proper conversation we did that time.. But aftr that we havnt coz he would start of with his "i love yous" that i would think he is messing with me and thats all we wouldnt talk.. Repeatedly he has come back to say these things over and over

You guys are young if a boy want you he will still be sweet, charming, sexy, full of raging hormones, and always keep in mind he's not single technically why bother with all that?

Umm i think u got it wrong or maybe i explained it incorrectly.. The first time we met ppl said that he was a player.. Currently now he is single and has been single everytime he has messaged
