To angelys 3481

sorry for the delay in reply.
In my experiences with Pisces I have always made them laugh with the cheeky things I am more than capable of doing.
Perhaps its because Aries are more daring than Pisces and thats part of the admiration. I would swap my daring exploits which at times get me into trouble for the smoothness of Pisces.
Hope the reply does,nt sound arrogant.

just look what hate has done for the world, the wars alone, look a all the wonderful advancements we have from war. what kind of a world would we have with out it. just a lot more people running around using up resourses. My favorit is the hating between religions I just love it lets kill each outher in the name of a God. I get goose bumps just thinking about it. Shaboom was going to start a religion once were you had to kill one person from another religion each day. I ask the stupied question what if they start killing people in your religion, WHOOOOOOOO said he back to the drawing board.

Freebird is not real she is a dream just floating around in our minds, In my mind she is nude.

there is too much hate in this world. if you really want to piss off the people you don't like, be nice to them. it is alot easier on the nerves, that hot headed feeling is not a healthy emotion and does harm to the body. as for pisces men, i love them, mind you i like most men. i have been surrounded by men fish my whole life. they have also caused me alot of grief with their emotionalism. they are very caring, too caring sometimes. they make great lovers.

"they make great lovers as compared to what?" Well, some people do not care for sex or have a passion for it, they feel uncomfortable with it. Maybe they are types who prefer to pal around with people and think and sex isn't on the top of their list (believe me when I tell you this...I actually had a guy tell me this is how he thinks the world should be). Wjatever floats your boat!

Then, there are some who love to pal around, play and so enjoy sex as it is a huge part of their world.

Whatever, whoever...it is all good and makes the world go round.....sometimes enough to make one dizzy!

hi james and freebird, the sex statement got the attention. maybe pisces in general dont't always make good lovers, maybe i just connect well with them in general. i have my venus in pisces. i try to explain everything away with astrology. i have not been in sexual circulation for a long time but from my history they have been the most sensual. if they have strong water in their charts they are sensitives. that has to be good for sensual pleasures, no? freebird do you think that people who are not interested in sex have unconsciously directed their energies to a different type of productivity. some people think sex is only for reproductive purposes. i bet those people are not great lovers, but what do i know on that topic. not much. i do think sex is very important to some people,it is a body function that needs to be expressed. if this function is not expressed in a healthy way or there is some phsycological, emotional hangup, it can come out sideways. that is my opinion at this time, i have been know to change my mind according to what i am experiencing or reading at the time. freebird, james, your thoughts on the subject would be most welcome. lynda

Hi lynda~

I too have my venus in Pisces...I better go and catch me a fish for dinner whattya say? or perhaps dessert?

Sex. I have come to realize that we cannot give to another if we ourselves do not have that specific thing to give. Example, If we do not possess Passion, we cannot share it...If we do not love ourself, we cannot love another. What we are is what we share.

I was in a relationship with a man who did not place sex as a very important part of a relationship. When he told me this my mind began to wonder...i wonder why someone would say this. Sex to me is a very important part of a relationship because it is a part of life, a part of my self expression. To deny me is to deny the life I create for myself. Sex with him was like me playing catch all by myself. No fun. Sort of like the electricity in the wire but the switch on the light is broken. Get my drift? We each are so different and I so appreciate this. He is not wrong for his feelings as they are his. The life he creates for himself hopefully is leaving him satisfied. There may be someone else out there who relates and understands that part of him. I also agree with your thoughts about emotional hang ups ect....if something is blocked, it can't come out and be expressed. I suppose this is part of the journey in discovering who we are and what we need right? Don't know what we need if we don't come in contact with someone who shows us.

A mind is for changing.....the only thing constant is change. Change your mind and you change your world.

AHHHHHHHHHH sex, its one of my favorit things. The one good thing about the fellow was he let you know up front it was him. If he had said nothing would you wonder about your self ? would you think that something you did turned him off? In so many relationships one person or the outher holds back and are not 100% honest. It was good that he was up front.

oh freebird my aquarius air headedness is showing, what more can i say about my many postings. this is my first chat line can you tell? i will get it right eventually. you are a wise bird. i really like reading your words. yes, our bodies are all different, hormones are different as well as everything else. if we were all the same it would be a boring world. we would not know what we perfer if everything or one were the same. there would be no change or growth. your friend was very honest about his sexual needs.

james i think i would find that book very helpful. at this point i can only relate to (you love your mate you have sex with them or make love.) loving someone without sex would then be the same as loving your chidren or siblings etc... that is a very powerfull love as well.

Thanks, JT, for remembering the turtle (my right foot is in US, the left in Europe, how is that for see-saw?) You, Lynda, are a Canadian, right?, probably not comfortable with either the sentiments of our US?pals nor the highly cynical Europeans. We welcome you on this great DXP board, but you must take us as we come. By the way, I read your post earlier about your son - congratulatins - no institution could have worked the miracle you obviously did.!! Well done.

thank you turtle. i am canadian, and very open minded. i value the input from people from other cultures as well as other countries. i have traveled the us of a as well as europe. only once in europe, it was ahuge wake up call. the history can be felt in the people. canadians are very much removed from it all. watching the news is like watching a movie. you know it's real but it does not touch us, it feels very far away. we have the whatever attitude. we have not experienced war like some parts of the world. my parents have not experienced war. we have generations who have only known peace. maybe we have a false sense of security. back to my son, i am such a possesive controlling parent i would never have let some institution have him. he went to regular public school. my theory was if anyone is going to mess up my kids it will be me, at least then i will know what has been done, and the chances of fixing it are greater. control freak or what hey? you guys just let it rip i will enjoy every cynical comment.

I thought you would, that is feel removed from it all. Canadians are a happy people, as far as I know, mostly because they?re not interfering elsewhere, all over the place. A good policy for any country, I?d say. Here on DXP we?re trying to equal it out, and I?d bet Freebirds? or JT?s sons would lift their hats, not their guns, when they?re face to face to my sons on the battlefield, at least not if all these sons are properly raised!
Keep in touch, visit the Pisces board, us Caps, Aries and pisces are searching for one tragically lost fellow fish, you might even help!

james i will check out (the sun also rises) i am sure i will find it very interesting. i have taken an interst in human development, behaviour and why people do the things they do. there is always a reason. my grandfather born in 1912 yugoslavia, served in the yugoslavian army, but imigrated to canada in the mid 1930's. my grandparents on the other side left the ukrain september 1938, my father was 6 months old. they left all their family behind never to see their parents again as they all died in 1945-46, i think they just got sick and died, probably malnutrition, causing disease. my boys are german/ukrainian/scottish and swedish. quite a combo. the world is getting smaller, we are all more alike than not, we just need to quit fighting about it all.

turtle i asked my youngest son once if he would serve in war? he said no and if they made him he could live in the bush in canada for a long time, we have alot of bush or back country. not very patriotic but it made his mom happy.

the weather has tuned cold here in the last couple of days 18 deg. f. -7 celsius. i like warm weather it will take me a bit to adjust. have agreat day all ciao.

I?m proud to say that there has never been an icelandic army(exept british and american during WW2)since the settlement here in the 9th century, and my ancestors were no Vikings, just farmers who had the means to move west across the ocean away from the tyranny of Norwegian kings. Not exactly like the Mayflower though, every family had their own ocean going ship filled up with servants, live stock and other belongings.
Originally my bloodline was a mix of Norwegian and Celts, but for the last thousand years my lineage is purely inbread locally.
It has gotten colder up here too, clear skies with sunshine and 2-3 ?C.

turtle, what does locally indicate. here we have just about every culture and race. mixed racial marriages/co-habitation is easily accepted. my son and i travelled in germany, his friends there found it very interesting that he was a heinz 57 breed. most of them, pure bread germans and planned on keeping it that way by mating with a german. they want their pure blood lines to continue. it is not so important here.

HA HA JT, now you know my secret! This inbreeding is the
result of almost total isolation for hundreds of years, not some racial prejudice. Who wanted to visit an iceland anyway? Even Hitler thought we were the true arians for that reason - boy,was he disappointed when he found out the celtic streak was still as dominant as the nordic!
This has been rapidly changing for the last century as everywhere else. And recently I heard there are more people of icelandic blood living in Canada today than on this island. During the "ice-age" 1870-1900, a lot of icelanders emigrated to Canada. Always mowing westwards,
aren?t we?
