geminifox, in my opinion, (and erbody knows they are like assholes and should be treated as such), you should consider leaving this man alone while he is in rehab. he is trying to get his life back together and off drugs (which is a big enough task in and of itself) and prolly does not need to be dealing with a "relationship" right now as well. u r setting him up for failure. i dont mean u should press the ignore button on him, but why dont you try being just a supportive friend instead? his plate already seems full. and was he court ordered to rehab or is this something he really wants?
also, consider this. you've been in this relationship with a man who was on drugs (per you), so how do you even know the "real man"? you've only known aries guy on drugs. is it fair to say that maybe he wants to make up with you now (while he's in rehab) to use you? aren't you afraid that when he gets out he may stomp on your heart again? i know you love him, but i wouldnt put all my eggs in this aries guy's basket just yet. i hope things work out for you 🙂 and recommend that you research the stats on how many people stay clean after rehab.
and sidenote: i would also say i find it odd that aries guy turned to drugs. i know that i'm such a control freak that i'd never wanna be in such a drugged state of mind that i wasnt in control! guess that's what always kept me saying NO for the most part. and winners don't stay high!

yes he was in jail when I didn't hear from him & he is entering a rehab center
he wasn't in possession of the drugs & he didn't get charged with possession.
I have known this aries man many years & have known him when he was clean too.
He will be going to rehab when he is done with community service.He is also
wanting to get clean & says he cannot live without me. I did offer my support &
my friendship but we want to be together.It's hard to tell him No when I love
him so much & he wants to be clean & is willing to work hard to stay clean.
We have known one another since we were kids.Found each other years later.
He was arrested in December because he was tested for drugs & he had a dirty
UA.He started using drugs with a co worker. I know this is very scary for me
but I also know this aries man.Maybe he is using me but people use each other
all the time,especially those who don't abuse drugs. I am here for him & he
knows this & we will always be friends anyway if things don't work out.

It concerns me that you're this fricken eager about you two getting back together. :/

I understand this amethyst & there is no guarantee that things will work out but I already
love him & have been with him for years now but he is working on himself & he will attend
the alabon and co anon meeting as well.This was his idea.He said that he wants to be with
me more than anything and is willing to work for it.

Yes I agree he has to work out his own issues & I know I wasn't the cause of his drug use. He's no stranger to me
we have known each other since childhood and he has been clean most of that time. Your right,Winners don't stay
high on drugs or alcohol and I can only say that I hope he stays clean and keeps his word.We all take risks in love
and loving someone whose had a problem with drugs is very hard but I am trying to believe the best outcome since I
know this man.I am waiting for him to get his life straightened out & he has some issues to take care of with the
law that are very stressful for him.I have done alot of research & it's not good but many people have been able to
get off of drugs & alcohol and stay off too.This is alot of food for thought however & I am thinking about everything.

I will be careful,but my heart is ruling my head lol & thats rare but
I also know him when he's clean & being himself too like he is now.
Have you ever tried to resist someone you truly love? It's soooo hard &
I did tell him he has to prove his love to me now & he says he will do
it & whatever it takes.well I could use all the prayers I can get & so
can he ok?

every day events & activities? I meant to leave out some personal details on
purpose but you know me here & you know that Ben & I have known each other all
of our lives.What is wrong with you? Do you have a soul at all?

My Aries Man Ben was arrested last Decemeber & tested for drugs and failed it.
He is now making every effort to stay clean & get help.He's owned his problem
& not running from it. People make mistakes,we all have & we all do & will.

My heart was never broken by a Gemini ... why do you always use that excuse? Because I've never stated in here, anywhere that my heart was ever broken by a Gemini.

Here's a prime example of why I view the Geminis in here the way I do ...

What I wrote above wasn't bad at all .. it's making a logical argument that rehabs don't last 6 months .. and your retort is referencing the existence of my soul, as if to insinuate that because I use my logical brain to assess the situation, then it must mean I don't have a soul.

Aaaww, GM, I am happy for you. I have a great gemini friend and she has stood behind her man for years. (He's a Libra). He probably didn't feel he was good enough for you after he got in trouble last year. It sounds like his confidence is coming back, he knows he can depend on you. Hopefully only good things for you both in the future. Its the two of you that have a say in how the relationship goes, no one else.

I agree with the above .. and to counsel on the growth philosophy is very wise.

They both have been playing for each others attention for a long time, and the games have been very damaging on the self-esteem ... obviously, since he's resorted to drugs and she had to leave her family because of him.

Before I read your post tonight I let him go last May 2011 and did just what
you said to do and I knew it was time! He didn't believe me but it's almost
5 months since I left his butt high & dry! I did warn him first!!! He started
telling lies and playing games again so I warned his dush but but did he listen?
Well NO! He thought he was going to call my bluff only there was No Bluff to
call!!! Did exactly as you said geminiinlove & it's really interesting how I did
it before reading your words of excellent advice lol

I left Ben May 23rd,not long after I wrote the prior posts.It hurt to do it
but I had to.this month will be 5 months on the 23rd since I ended things
with him.He may not believe that I will stay away from him but I'm ok?
I miss the closeness we once had but I cannot let him trample all over me.
It's a shame he had to be this way! Yes it's hard to believe that an aries
would abuse drugs but this one has and it's such a waste of a good man since

Yes I didn't go on about Ben's jail time or how long rehab would be
I didn't even know all the details of it yet anyhow just that he was
going to go and he will be out after Thanksgiving of this year!

It is sad reallyniceariesperson!!! You wouldn't believe what
a great guy he is when he's not on the cocaine & meth. His
family were all involved in drugs & selling them come to find out
and of course they weren't about to let him have his own life for
fear he'd rat them out.this all came out when he was telling about
his first experiences with drugs.He did stay clean for a few years
only to use again.He's had times when he's been clean for up to 3
to 5 years and what a difference!!! He's totally sweet off of drugs!

He has alot of healing & work to do on himself & relapses are
very common in recovery they say so I am staying away.I hope
he can get free of his addiction & I pray for him.
