Need advice on aries male.

Hi,

I was hoping if anyone would be kind enough to give me some advice on my situation. I have been seeing a 26 yr old aries for about 8 month. I am a 23 yr old pisces. We have great chemistry & get along well for the most part. We were exclusive but he broke up with me after a month stating that he was not ready for a relationship. The issue that I am having is that a week about 3 weeks ago he missed my birthday because of a lame excuse, but promised to make it up to me. So we set up a date a week later. The day of the date I did not hear at all from him, which upset me. I sent him a text asking his reason for flaking. No response. After that i was over it so i sent one more text saying that he was being rude and selfish, that it was not cool to ignore me , that i would not tolerate that behavior, and to call me when has respect for me & gets himself together. The following day he contacted me via fb stating that is phone was broken as to the reason i havent hear from him.[im understanding, but not stupid] I replied to him saying he should have contacted me via fb earlier if that was the case. He read that message, but no response. It has been a little over a week & he has not contacted me [he does still look at my snapchats though]. Do you guys think I was over reacting & should say sorry? Does he not care enough about me to say anything? Im not sure what to do here. I really do love & care for him, so it is kind of hurtful that he is being this way even though he claims to care about me.

Any advice is great!
