Strong minded Aries!

If your an aries, how strong minded and focused can you be?

Enormously strong minded and focused at times. I really am one of those that is way into it, or nothing.

I have done things like work full time and gone to school full time because I really wanted a particular educational experience. I have done this twice, actually. I am talking about staying focused on this goal for years at a time, besides, not a couple of days or weeks.

There is a down side to. I should have gotten out of my marriage well before I did because I didn't want to let go. Strong minded and determined can easily slip into blind stubbornness. This is of course not a good thing.

A little too strong minded, you may not think that can be a bad thing but like dofacc and SugarAries said it can turn into stubbornness or an unwillingness to see things in a realistic light for a little while.

i'm a leo woman in limbo with an aries man and i'm trying to understand him ...docaff and SugarAries i think (my aries ex or hell i don't know what to call him at this point)you may have helped me somewhat with him being strong minded on certain things and basically becoming stubborn but hey i'm still trying to understand him so i don't know what to think , he is the first aries i have ever been in a relationship with and oh my have i been in a whirlwind... lol.. i will say that i enjoy reading the threads that you comment on and the advice you give.. i started a topic on here i hope you can give me some insight to my situation. thanks in advance

So strong-minded that even if I'm dying to do something, I have the power to shut off feeling. This has its benefits and pitfalls.

i am usually very stubborn and I can be so focused on something that I become OCD about it lol. Other times, I am neither... I suppose it depends on the subject matter

^^^Exactly. If you use it for "good," then it is a fine thing. If you let your stubbornness control you, disaster can ensue.

I also have to admit that it has taken me a long, long time to gain some control over this characteristic. I also have to say that I am "better" at controlling this behavior. What I can't say is that I am "good" at it yet.
