help!
aries teen daughter's posture is rounded shoulders, aka: the slouch. she's obstinate about it and hates when i say anything. I'm concerned that this will ony get worse over time, and need's to be corrected now. I have suggested to her that she thinks of her spine as a wiggle worm, and wiggle all the spine into allignment. hoping she will get it. will she get it? and focus on practcing allignment? have you encountered this?

I remember when I would always slouch up until the age of 16. my parents would always tell me to walk straight and I would never listen. but then again I was always in "boys clothes" and always been a tomboy so I did not feel the need to straighten up. but when I did finaly get into dresses and womanlier looking attires I started walking straight and now I always stand straight regardless of what I wear. In other words being girlier helped my posture because slouching in a dress is not cute. I still do it but only when I am really tired and in my "boys clothes" which is whenever I am home. being in her teens can definetly affect your daughter because teenage girls are either very girly or not at all. but if she does not get use to straighten now it could be hard for her to break the habit in later times.
