Managing stress involves balancing your workload and asserting your needs to maintain well-being and reduce feeling overwhelmed.

Here's a sign to put above your desk:

The Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) has determined that the maximum safe load capacity on my butt is two persons at one time, unless I install handles or safety straps.

As you are the sixth person in line to ride my ass today, please take a number and wait your turn. Thank you.

Oh, ok. Listen, STD, off the subject - can you tell me how to put a pic on here. I have one - I figured I should let people see who they are talking to, but I don't know how to resize the (kb) down below 50. Do you know how?

if you're using Windows (xp, NT, 98), you can use the standard "Paint Program" to resize the photo.

Open the photo (File->Open yadda yadda)

then go to Image->Attributes

You will get a prompt:

Resize the width= 200 or so, and height 200 or so. This will skew your picture if the dimensions aren't exactly propostional. No matter, though- DXP skews it also when you upload.

Go to File-Save As (because you don't want to destory the original)

Name the file, save it as *.JPG or *.GIF

You're all set.

If you cannot use a paint program, do a search on PhotoFiltre. It's nice and fairly user friendly and FREE!

I am having a BAD day....just opened my cell phone bill and it is all messed up! I have been with this particular company for 5 yrs and have not had any problems...I go in last month to make some "simple" changes and BOOM! it gets messed up...I should have just left well enough alone.

I honestly today feel like hanging up my fluffy feathered wings and taking to the ground...ugh.

Squawk!
