Aquarius rising or pisces rising?

Hi, so i don't know exactly my time of birth, is somewhere between 20:30 and 21:00 so i can't know my rising sign for sure, if i put 20:30 on the calculator i am aquarius rising, but if i put 21:00 im pisces rising, what do you guys think?

I found my birth certificate and i was born 21:00 so i am a 2°09' pisces rising, but the dominant sign on my chart seems to be aquarius 🙂
