I go with this. She did not invest one cent in her appearance. Something which is impossible with Virgo, Taurus, Libra, Leo, Scorpio etc.

The Leo rising and glamorous look seems to be a bit of a myth to me. I know, and have seen plenty of regular-ass-looking people who have Leo risings.
