however the other parts do.

not really i only have pluto in scorpio only water planet pluto to his venus then i guess and his moon

I don't know if I believe that Beyonce is a Libra Rising. She seems like a Leo Rising when she gets on stage. But who knows. Maybe she is.
maybe because neptune sag trines her leo mars.
but i notice her jupiter libra is hidden in the 12th house...it's like her libra stellium starts off with a bang and her jupiter (the planet of expansion) diffuses in a watery neptune house.
her rising libra is in the 1st.
and she's a 1st house venus....intense and powerful lol duuhhhh pluto 1st house too yo!!! lol
