12th House Venus in Pisces

Does having a 12th house Venus in Pisces make an individual more inclined to have love affairs or yearn for something they can't have? Or does it make love unconditional. Also, bear in mine that the person has Venus sextile Neptune, Venus sextile Uranus, Venus trine Pluto, and Venus trine Jupiter. Thank you!

As a 12th house Venus in pisces, I find what @piscesmoon said to ring true. Not my prettiest side, but a side of myself nonetheless. Also tend to give off the illusion that I'm attracted to people when I'm not - mostly when I'm just trying to be helpful.
