I have all the signs in their houses?

My sister has her Sun in Gemini in 12th house, Moon in Leo in 2rd house and Ascendant in Cancer, Venus in Gemini in house 11, Pluto in Scorpio in 4th house and stuff like this.
My another friend has his Sun in Pisces in 3rd house and Moon in Aquarius in 2nd house, Ascendant in Capricorn and Venus in 4th house in Aries and Pluto in Scorpio in 11th house. All my friends they have placements like this.

My chart has placements like this :

Ascendant in 1st house in Aries, Venus in 1st house in Aries(Venus conjuct Ascendant), Pisces Sun in 12th house, Virgo Moon in 6th house, Neptune in Capricorn in 10th house and Pluto in Scorpio in 8th house. What is worrying me is that why I have ALL the planets in their houses? I am my Sun is in Pisces( in 12th house, the house of Pisces), my sister has her Sun in Gemini in 12th house and my friend has his Sun in Pisces in 3rd house. How come I have my Pisces Sun in 12th house, Virgo Moon in 6th, Pluto Scorpio in 8th? What does it indicate? Also, I have Rising and Venus in first house in Aries.

I have ALL the placements of house as per the signs i.e Jupiter in Libra in 7th house, Mars in Cancer in 4th house. Why is it so?

I think my chart is somewhat like that. All the rulers in their repsective houses.
