You'll want to see love win every single time. Love and love relationships will be important and it makes you act just as much like a Libra rising as you are a Scorp rising. This is why many times it's impossible to pin down a person by their rising sign without a birth time. Any planet energy that falls into the first house will amplify that planet and so it creates a hue of sort over/with the actual rising sign. I hope this makes sense.

However, they are still two different entities/components. But the moon energy overall is more than sensitive and emotional. Personality wise, amiable, yet sturdy characters. Particularly people who are well liked in their social or career circles. People who are seen as generally well able to get along with other people. You'd probably be drawn to the type of woman who everyone likes and gets along well with. Not so much classic beauties, but obviously beautiful looking people and things easily catch your eye/attention.

Yes...qualities. Think Moon and Pluto...not Cancer and Scorpio. Cancer only embodies the moon like traits and will be directed towards whatever planet guides it or house contains it. Same with Scorpio/Pluto energy. To associate with signs rather than planet reduces the effect. Like...if you read up on Cancer or Scorp rising, it wouldn't directly apply, because if you're a Cancer, the moon is your chart ruler, so then you have to look at your moon sign as more of an influence than most others.
