I'd like to know this as well as Pullen says my dominant sign is Scorpio at 19.7% and Pluto is my second dominant planet at 13.7% . Mars and Venus in 8th house as well.
Confusing really as my chart is mostly earthy.

Yep. Saturn is her dominant planet by not even a full 1% .
Scorpio is her dominant sign though. Dominant element is Water and Fixed.
I do consider her a Plutonian though. Super heavy Pluto.
