my Aqua friend tries to be manipulative w and I'm 99.9% sure he's a Scorpio ascendant. I'm nearly convinced. but whenever I sense he's trying to manipulate me into doing what he wants I say "stop using your feeble manipulation tactics on me. go manipulate someone who's weak-minded". he never responds, just smiles w a sly glint in his eye. to be quite honest I think he enjoys the fact that he can't manipulate me. he has Aries placements too...but most of my friends are Aries Suns and I don't find that sign to be manipulative. water signs are the manipulators unless they have fire and air to balance them out. I only knew one manipulative Aries who used to be my best friend. she had a Taurus moon and ALOT of water and earth. I don't blame her Aries placement for her behavior, only the other placements.

I would say my friend doesn't like the idea of being domesticated to go off of the first comment even though he has a cap moon. I think with his moon he may settle down but his Venus and Mars are fire. he loves his independence. independence will be his first wife, whoever he marries will always be second. she will have to be married to freedom too in order for him to even think of loving her. I guess that's how I picture it anyways.

@yellowsubmarine definitely explained it better! I didn't even see that comment. I was too busy running my mouth. but that's what I mean by independence as the first wife - they only want to share part of their life because they need the rest to be independent and free.
