ive seen aries abuse alcohol alot. Ive seen Aquas, Cancers, Leos, Virgos, Libras, and Sag all use drugs at one point in my life especially sag. I actually have never seen a Pisces abuse drugs or alcohol and i dated one for 2 years and he hated drugs and alcohol...hmmm

yea scorp is not on the drugs and alcohol abuse list, i think they are fine with the dark side lol they probably dont want to escape lol
ohh okay yea i kinda based it off of experience, i use to have a really good friend who was a Pisces also and she didn't do drugs or alcohol either and my brother also a Pisces has no drugs or alcohol abuse. Who ever said that maybe didnt like Pisces 😛

man I bet this thread will be flooded with pisces but thats not the only answer its just the easy (cause their planet is Neptune is associated with escapism)..I would also say aries and sag-they are impulsive...aquas and scorpio willing to try anything once and cap-surprise! I know sooo many caps that are functional alcoholics...
Ironically all the Pisces I know personally really don't have any drug/alcohol issues. I'm not sure of their other placements though.
I'ma cancer with scorp moon and alcohol is def my achilles heel.
