I think moon in Scorpio is a pretty powerful placement... The people who I know with this moon tend to have a calm demeanor but an energetic reserve once you get to know them. Very beautiful eyes... They stare A LOT when they like you! I mean, A LOT!!!

He is my client and he hasn't paid me for my Freelance work, and he hits on me >.
He keeps telling me he has made the payment (online), but its has been 4 days and I dont see the money in my account.
I keep asking him/telling him and he says "I made it" and "let me look into it".

Yeah. I just got him to make the payment threatening that I wont work with him if he doesnt pay his dues.
He made an advance payment for the next project too (a VERY) small percentage though.
He was all like "my mistake, I selected the savings account...blah blah..."
