Ever WANT to feel sad
If that's how you release it. Why not?
Maybe you need to grieve over something and this allows you to? I'd listen to very sad songs when I was young and had experienced a painful breakup.
Ok I watched Netflix docfilm Bridegroom. That sure worked!

What's that all about?
Sometimes i'll actually play songs to feel some sadness stir inside me. Or want a movie thats hard hitting and bawl my eyes out. After that ill feel good again? LOL!
