Facebook and water signs (Scorp-Cancer)

OK not so much for Piscies but I can't help but notice alot of Scorp and Cancer friends treating FB like a confessional and personal diary for all to see , updating their status constantly and logging hours and hours of time everyday on Facebook. It's not all negative stuff , it's just ....well stuff . This goes especially for the females , these people act normal to reserved in real life but on FB it's a different ballgame...
Anyone care to comment on this ??

I have Facebook but never post the bad things about my life on there. More just "share" the motivational posts that are good things about life. I hate talking about myself to the public so it's more for me to snoop in other people's lives..LOL.
Although it does get quite annoying seeing people ramble on about how rotten their life is..really people— How is venting on Facebook going to change anything. Get off the computer, off the couch and go change things!!

I mainly post music videos and like comments. I rarely post text.
Lately, I have just been looking and reading all the puke worthy cliched gifs and goofy pet & environment photos that people like to post.

I have a female Virgo family member who posts her life on fb ...


"Ok, I'm awake, showered, and headed to work"
"I'm going to the bathroom now"
"Now I'm home and cooking a grilled cheese sandwich"



Seriously ??

Nobody fucking cares that the shirt you put on yesterday has a button missing.

I like to crack jokes on there and share some life observations that are funny. Like "Why am I the only one wearing a bra at Wal-Mart?" Stuff like that.

My Cancer BFF has an alternate facebook that only her close friends are on and she really does post personal things on that one.

There is an Aquarius and Leo that I'm friends with that post everything under the sun.

I notice quite a few people on my fb who do this- the signs range though. The first to come to mind are my Aries cousin, a Taurus friend, and an Aquarius aunt who tend to do this A LOT. I'm sure I have some water signs on my timeline who make it their confessional as well. I think for some folks it's easier to let it all out, so to speak- online in particular because it's so removed and impersonal. Just a guess.

In any case, there is an option to unsubscribe from their updates. That's what I do. Because, really, I don't want my timeline flooded with the nonsense.

Ha. I have three female friends on Facebook who do just this. Seriously they update their status like every hour with a run down of their entire day.

Out of interest I went and checked their sun signs......a Sag, Libra and Pisces.

I have personally been known for the odd, and somewhat epic, rant on Facebook.

However I never divulge the actual details of said rant or who/what it's about.

It usually just consists mainly of the word "fuck" and other expletives.

Come to think about it there's a Libra , Gemini and a Leo that do it too, I have to admit i get a chuckle out of it all but I rarely interact.

Me, not at all. I'm too private for that. I update my status with greetings ("Happy Holidays") or well wishes "Hope my family are safe during the storm" ONLY. My Scorp male friends, the same.

My Pisces friends, the same, they may add status updates about the frustrations they are feeling, but it's so vague you don't know what they really mean unless you are in their inner circle. Cancer female friends? They write a f*ckin novel about whatever drama is going on in their lives. Never understood it. I read the first two lines of whatever they are posting, roll my eyes and ignore the rest. I don't like drama. Based on the updates they are actually post I think they are seeking some form of validation.

+100. Not to mention some people have no boundaries. You're complaining about work, relationships, etc...do you not think this may come back to bite you in the a $ $ ?

I know a Cancer female on Facebook who is a total drama queen. What she does though is update her status with things like "can things get any worse" and so on with sad faces etc. so of course people comment asking what's wrong, is she alright and she always replies with shit like "I don't want to talk about it" it drives me mad!

If you don't want to talk about it don't bloody put it on Facebook! Grrr.

I'm really private on facebook, I only have it to share photos with family.

I save any drama for the face to face visits 🙂

lol well it shouldn't necessarily be unusual for a person whose normally very emotional (or dramatic) in general to show that side of them on the internet

Hate to say it but some of that is kinda true!

Pisces/Cancer posts: ....10 page status, all details about what happened, may even include names, and always end it trying to act like they don't care. "But it's no big deal though" lol rightttttt that's why you just went on a rant & told the whole world your business

Aries: Talks/brags about all they acheived. "Just got a brand new Iphone 4. Get like me!" Or no, these are the ones whose profile pics of are their in shape and toned bodies. It's like ok, we get it.

Taurus: Always saying some subliminal stuff. Passive-aggressive stuff. "Some people will never understand. But it's ok, have a great night everybody!!" accompanied by a random smiley face

Aquarius: Something intellectual. Rarely ever something personal about how they directly feel. Always something more logical. "Never leave the one you love for the one you like b/c the one you like will leave you for the one they love."
It's so hard to figure out what kinda day we've had or what we're going through b/c we leave it all to the imagination

Gemini: Bipolar statuses. 1 day, it's "All smiles." The next day, it's "I hate everyone!" Next day, they delete their facebook. Day 4, "I'm back everybody! Who wants to come bunjee jumping with me?"

Scorpio: Subliminal. The kind of status that always has a motive like it's personally directed at someone specific. "Karma is a dish best served cold. Get well soon" accompanied by evil smiley face

Capricorn: Not too emotional but not to intellectual either. More practical. More job/career/money related. "I'm on the path to success. Nothing can get in my way. Corporate ladder, here I come!"

Virgo: Always got something to say. Always trying to tell other people how to live their life. Always criticizing how people write their statuses. "LMS if you can't stand it when people say/do this..."

Leo: Always trying to convince others of their worth like or brag about what they have or pointing out what they know others don't have. "While I'm over here making money, you losers are still sleeping!"

Libra...Always something mushy or about love/relationships. Always a status that's more for attention from others

LOL Kry , can you show me the ''evil smileyface'' ? I'd like to learn that one ! Your Virgo analysis is pretty spot-on ..

I know a female aquarius who posts really annoying statuses. She's a single mother, and pretty much every week, she gets into a new relationship. Her statuses are always 'I should have known. In the end, all I need is *child's name*' and 'You broke my heart, I just want you back'. And other things that show her intense need for a man in her life. I also have a female Aries acquaintance who always talks about how useless she is and how she shouldn't be alive. She goes pretty hard core on her blog with posts like this. And a female Sag who occasionally posts about how lonely she is and how she has no friends. I can't think of any water signs who I've seen whine on statuses like this.

As for me, I rarely even update my status anymore. When I do post, it's about trivial things, such as 'I just saw Les Miserables. Great movie' and stuff like that. I prefer to keep private about a lot of things on there.

I have noticed a MAJOR LEAGUE dropoff in FB ativity with my friends in the last year or so (of course there are still several boneheads still chugging along with their personal rants). In general think FB may be on the downslide, anyone else notice this ?

I am on a 1 month hiatus from FB. The vibes are wacky on there. I had to get off of the treadmill for awhile.
