Gemini "friend" giving me an expensive gift!

We used to be friends for about 5years, I never knew he had feelings for me. We both study abroad and this summer we met again, he told me that it's been a long time since he has realized he had feelings for me. Then he gave me a gift(watch) that I didn't wanted to accept it, but he said its something he wanted to give for my birthday. Its a very expensive watch!
