I know Hard transits is coming.. what situations are approaching and how long will this last?

Can these coming changes be for the better? Since I've been going through a lot of confusions inside me, insecurity, laziness, lack of motivation, lack of entrepreneurship, not finding a career or job that interests me, I can find couples but I do not keep them. Are these some of the aspects that can change in my life?

Yeah it's usually for the better, it's hard at the time, and then you're like upgraded...?

Exactly 3 years ago, Pluto transitted your natal Neptune (confusion/spirituality), and 3 years before that Uranus(highliting your individuality, love of freedom, weirdness etc).

All these transits are trining your cluster in the 10th/11th house, so it would affect career and stuff. But in about 3 or 4 years it's over, you're done with these challenges, and you'll have very few outer planet transits for the next 30 years. ??
