hey, i am a 10th house scorpio with capricorn ascendant. i also have moon conjunct venus in libra(both in the 9th house), and square mars pluto in my birthchart..can you please explain what type of personality does this combination create?

Not knowing you, I would say your chart shows that you are quite strong and diplomatically minded. Your moon and venus conjunct in Libra should make you very charming and pleasant, and being placed in the ninth house should give you both an emotional/ value system based in higher learning, spirituality, travel, or any of the areas that the ninth house covers.
Being Scorpio sun in the tenth house with Capricorn ascendent, pluto square mars should give you a lot of inner strength and determination, (though the square can sometimes make that a detrement).
