How do I deal with the passive-agressive behavior of a Libra boss?

She is just ignoring me, avoiding to talk to me with no reason.

Should I just quit or there is chance of this being temporary? Or she is just releasing her frustation on me?

She will get over it. They always do.

OK, so this is a trait in your boss. Figure out how often this occurs and if it is predictable. Then appease him/her. If it is not predictable or occurs more than you can handle, keep appeasing but look to move on. Otherwise, consider it as a personality quirk that does not hurt your overall career goals.

Im an Aries so this kind of behavior is freaking me out, I just want her to tell me what is wrong because I keep wondering what is wrong even when im not in the office...

There is no feedback, talk or even discussion between us, its like im invisible to her.

Is she just doing that to you or everyone else? For how long? You should just confront her if it bothers you. I'm a libra and so is my boss. I don't recognize this behaviour as typical libra boss behaviour. If she behaves that way to everyone maybe she is just in a general bad mood. 😛

There are 6 people in our team, im the only man between them, so the women are naturally more closer to her and im relatively new here.

I've tried to be kind to her, she like to divided the co-workers between " My people " and " Not people ", not professional at all. She is disliked by most of the company because of this behavior.

I had a GF who is a Libra and she would act like this with her co-worker, everyone who doesn't love and praise her is her enemy.

And Yes, I've tried to play this game and get closer to her but it doesn't work when all they do is gossip and talk about shoes, boots, bags and etc.

Should I quit?

Or you could..

Ask her if she has time to speak privately.

Sit down and state what you FEEL like. Ask her if there is anything wrong with your performance.

Im working my @sss off, people often congratulate my performance but not her.

Im here for almost 2 years. In the beginning she was more kind towards me but without consistence.

I've sent an email asking her if we could talk...she didn't even replied.

Seems like you're a go getter. You work hard, and you want to advance in both position and pay grade? Do you think she plays a direct role in that for you?

I'd say weigh out pros and cons of your job. It would suck to leave a job you love and accel in because of one lady, ya know?

But yea, Libra women do get into moods like that. Never know what's going on in her personal life so it may not even be about you at all.

I can't tell if she act like these with the other employees because its a very big company.

I would love to stay here, it would be REALLY good to my career and my life in general but it kills my mood.

She will talk to the person next me without even looking at my face.

It is killing my motivation, i always have the feeling that im doing something wrong, seems like im paranoid.

Do you know if your libra boss works for my company too ? lol this is totally my boss's management style . She does the same to my team (the not so liked yet those who work their asses off team). The Aquarius and Libra in HER team really know how to play it with her. Basically, they're all about faking things, they like to use big words and babbler all day about insignificant stuff (whenever the libra guy opens his mouth its verbal diarrhea alert !!!) , they make a big deal about a situation instead of solving them right away and move on to the next thing. The Aquarius goes to talk to her privately in her office everyday, scorpio snitch goes to her office because she likes to hear the latest office gossips, also it was her birthday recently so HER team bought her presents.

There is your chance : When her lapdogs flake (they make a lot of noise but when real shit comes up they vanish into thin air), she will turn to whoever is there. So try to feel the moment when she needs help or advice on Something and talk to her . That will be a good step into making yourself noticed by her, the aquarius girl knew that right away and now she has mastered the skill to manipulate her to get her way(day offs whenever she wants, bonuses, training programs she wants ,you name it) the downside is that their Relationship has become really unprofessional (yelling at each other in our open space because of an argument they had earlier on).

My libra boss likes to feel appreciated AND loves to think of herself as being FAIR in her management style . So if you want to get on her good side, use this weakness of hers to serve your purpose.Hardwork actually rarely pays off I have noticed you have to bring in that extrasomething that will make an employer think "this person is really USEFUL to me in this way" etc .

My boss dislikes my Sag co-worker because like you this woman believes in hardwork .On top of that, she is appreciated by most managers and co workers in our company and a total stunner!!!!Maybe you give the same vibe as her (confident and action oriented) and it makes her uncomfortable.
