This is mine. So is this just basically ranking which sign affects me most? I thought Venus was my chart ruler? Why is this saying Pluto? Im confused

Venus: 16.1% > Moon: 13.6 % > Pluto: 13.3%

Ohhh. I was looking at position and not Ranking!!!!

What about the second set of numbers. Why Is Scorpio 1st and Aqua 2nd? Is that because of houses in my chart? Confused on that? I figured Libra and Virgo would be 1st and 2nd.

Pullen report mixes it all, houses and aspects count too if im not wrong.
