How to Get Accurate Sign Characteristics?
Even the most accurate chart won't give you the whole picture. But it's the closest to it.
Without the hour of birth you don't know where the houses and the angles are. You can't even be 100% sure about his moon sign. In synatry, aspects to those points in a chart are very important.
So my answer to this would be a NO. Anyways i'm still a novice in astrology so i think it would be interesting to know other opinions this matter.

I am new on this forum. I was wondering if someone could help me to get a detailed characteristic of a man I am very interested in. I know his date of birth, as well as place (city/country). Unfortunately, I don't know the time when he was born. Would it stll be possible to get an accurate picture of what he is like as a person? I really need help with this as I would like to get to know him but he seems to be very cautious/reserved with letting me approach him. Thank you in advance for your help!
