Zodiac Signs: Bullies Or Pushovers?

I saw this in an article. Interesting.

Aries
As far as being a bully goes, your sign does have some talents. You walk that fine line from between persuasive and pushy. You are a great salesperson and can sell anything, including yourself. Your main tact is not giving anyone else too much time to think too hard about what you are saying. Before they know it, they are agreeing with you and getting out their wallet to buy from you or deciding to jump in bed with you or whatever you want. You are also not beyond making fun of or belittling those weaker than you.

Taurus
As far as the Zodiac signs are concerned, you are one of the major bullies in the set of twelve horoscopes. You get your way mainly through intimidation, bullying, and emotional blackmail. In fact, you will do anything to get your way including withholding sex, giving people the silent treatment, and even resorting to violence if necessary. The milder bulls like to practice a bit of passive aggressiveness, which of course drives other people crazy. The Taurus always feels like they have won when they see the other person —give in.??

Gemini
The Gemini is a verbal bully and can talk so fast and only about him or herself that the other person just does not have a chance to get a word in edgewise. These glamorous creatures also believe in stealing the limelight whenever they can. They do this through dressing provocatively, being funny, or simply just speaking loudly at parties and in public places. They are not beyond creating a scene or mocking others if they feel ignored. This is all part of their agenda to be the center of the universe.

Cancer
The Crab is definitely one of the complete pushovers in the Zodiac. They will often cry or try to make people feel guilty if things don't go their way, but all this does is make them seem powerless and insecure to others. Occasionally, this emotional blackmail works, but mostly Cancers try to gain control of situations by doing favors for other people. Usually, they are very much taken for granted and often others also take credit for their work. If a Crab does stand up for him or herself, it is usually accompanied by an emotional outburst.

Leo
The Leo is a notorious bully and one of the worst of the twelve signs when it comes to intimidation both physically and psychologically. This sign is charismatic and has a huge boisterous presence that is difficult to ignore in the first place. The Leo is not beyond yelling at or snubbing someone in a public place. They will also use sarcasm, verbal abuse, bigotry, and belittling to make someone else feel about two inches tall.

Virgo
This sign is an expert at emotional blackmail. They seem nice enough, but they can really shovel out the guilt. They control others by pretending to be flawless and in control and then belittling others when they don't make the grade. However, not all Virgos are so controlling and pushy. Some like to make others feel guilty by doing everything over again when it is not done right the first place.

Libra
This sign needs constant approval from others and is just not that pushy. However, being the sign of the scales, this sign simply cannot tolerate injustice and will fly off the handle and become very violent and abusive if they think that someone or something (like an animal) is being treated unfairly or tortured. This sign becomes very aroused when they think it is time to fight for the sake of an underdog.

Scorpio
This is a very shifty and sly minded sign so the bullying that is done is quite subtle. The Scorpion is more manipulative than anything. The Scorpio native is also excellent at personal politics and has an entire armory of defense mechanisms, passive aggressive tactics, and downright sneaky and deceptive behaviors that are used to succeed in life.

Sagittarius
The Archer is quite happy go lucky and is one of those signs that does not have its own way. This is a philosophically and spiritually sophisticated sign that believes that states of personal power and success are transient. Although many people see this sign as being a bit of a pushover, he or she just does not care. This Zodiac sign can also manage to get its own way simply by being very positive and encouraging to others, which are opposite of the tact of many of the other signs. Like Olivia de Havilland in —Gone With The Wind,?? they tend to get their own way by killing others with kindness.

Capricorn
This materialistic sign is quite bossy and controlling, but in a way that is quite ineffectual. The result is that the Goat does not always get what he or she wants. Self-sabotage is a constant habit. The Goat's favorite way of bullying is to withhold the privilege of sex or communication from a loved one. They are also experts at turning the cold shoulder when they feel affronted and are capable of holding a grudge for many years. They are experts when it comes to maintaining a feud and disdain the idea of building bridges! They would rather be the winner that takes it all in all disputes!

Aquarius
This new age sign does not like to fight and it shows. They often get completely stepped on in life. The Aquarian is the optimistic, nice individual whose good graces are despised and taken advantage of. However, these master pushovers of the Zodiac must be admired for their ability to constantly be knocked down and get up and start again. They don't let anyone daunt them psychologically and, for that, they must be admired. Some Aquarians resort to a bit of passive aggression, usually in the form of avoidance or changing the subject in order stay away from conflicts. Sometimes not showing up to the battle is one way to win it!

Pisces
The sign of the Fish is Christian and pacifist in nature and for the most part will turn the other cheek. However, as doing so, they will also paint a portrait of themselves as martyrs. The Pisces native is a master when it comes to making others feel guilty. Their other expert tact at bullying is to never answer directly when a question is posed to them. Keeping others on their toes and on a constant —need to know?? basis keeps their enemies frustrated and confused. They also win battles by mirroring their competition and doing exactly what they do, which once again infuriates and flusters them. This complex sign looks self-less and loving but is in fact incredibly manipulative and selfish.

a sag definitely wrote this. as a sag, i go along with anything the group wants when im in a group. im more of a loner, so i get my own way more often than not. laughter and kindness is a sublte way a sag can steer a group without them knowing. were just trying to manipulate you into having a good time.

speaking about the people i know:

Aries: God help the waitress who gets my aries friends' order wrong. thats her ass. borderline, no it is embaressing.
Virgo: she knows the 411 on everybody and uses it to her advantage. which is why they make great mates for scorpios.
Leo: rawr stomp rawr stomp rawr stop rawr stomp just for those little 2 inches
Pisces: the martyr is an understatment. please, you make your bed you lie in it.
Caps: will use a cold shoulder and honestly believe that people care that they havent called in days or weeks. please. to this sag, that cold shoulder is a blessing in disguiese.
Libra: if they have scorpio in them, downright cunning and nasty..self serving. but they dont like people to be treated unfairly.
Cancer: do they ever stop with the emotions? even on facebook, "woe is me"
Scorpio: they have good game at getting people to forgive them. downright tactical. but they are undercover emotional pushovers driven by love.

Depends what you're sensitive about.
In my personal experience I found the Gemini Sag axis to produce the cheapest, most aggressive and bullying customer one can get. Sagis put on a show with "I didn't know nobody told me" (they're not even honest about it and yes, they should know just like everyone else but they always think they deserve special treatment) but will scream and try to intimidate by pretending they're honest (riiight, their special brand of selective honesty). Geminis can be plain devious given the opportunity.
It's been my personal experience, and yes of course it's biased (but very well founded).

Bullying doesn't belong to a sign, we just do it differently. I'm just more sensitive to the hypocritical ones, cause Taurus , Capricorn, Cancer, they want deals, they want to spend the leadt possible, but they won't put on a ridiculous show treating people like their servants and insulting them like the Sag-Gemini duo. Geminis will lie as normally as they breathe and think nothing of it. Also, they are never grateful. They'll yell and curse if they see you weak and the type that can be intimidated. Knowing someone's dobirth is just so helpful, you just learn to adapt more easily...

@ Ligeia people who don't like you don't have an ugly heart. They just don't like you period, so it's useless to demonize them.

@ Seraph Everyone has faults, what I don't understand is why of all 12 Sagus are the only ones who will never ever ever ever acknowledge their own. They always end up projecting them on the others, and this is such an astro mystery to me. I wrote because I see how hard it is for others to foot the bill for the "happy go lucky" clich?.. and how unfair it all is

indeed, i like that it said "some" of us avoid, but in my case, i never avoided it in the past.
i always showed up for my battles. that was very stupid. dumb.
i could have gotten killed. i'm no chica with bad-ass tattoos and biker chains. better to avoid battles because there is nothing to prove.
it really depends on the situation.

after reading the rest of the thread, and reading the leo part...it's understandable to get upset. that was the worst one.
it's untrue to be honest. i know it's all in humour but it's kind of mean too. not all leos are bullies, not all "insert sign" are this....and it's kind of hurtful to spread it around like that.
the generalization is really horrible. even for us adults, we should know better but we're still sensitive and have feelings and spreading those things around isn't helpful and can influence young minds to thinking all leos are like this -stay away. like propaganda.

Omg, how did (s)he feel about that after it happened? Was there a great deal of guilt? My goodness!

There are so many kids/teens committing suicide these days because of bullying. It makes me want to go to schools to monitor what's going on and get these bullies straight. It makes absolutely no sense.

Very persistent bullies who don't let up if they fail at getting to you the first time. They tend to have problems with people who are born "different", or people who disrupt their (usually bigoted) ideals of social order. I must say I got as strong as I am now by standing up to them when I was younger. So glad I didn't kill myself back then.

Pisces are definitely bullies.

My Leo sun is constantly bullying my Cancer moon. 🙂

I've never met a Pisces bully in person, either. I think for the mose part, we're pretty just people. Of course, there's always going to be bullies of every sign since humans are humans. Like ElusiveSoul said, I'm usually naive and trust people with being honest but when evidence pops up, you really can't expect me to be nice to you. However, I won't waste enough time on you to get revenge or anything. I'll just push you out of my life and maybe say a few bad things to you and that will be it.

Because so many people are quick to say what pisces are, and they're generally negative things. Once again, she's not doing anything that deserves a negative reaction.
I defend my sign a lot when people say something about it I feel is untrue. A lot of people on here do that. It's not abnormal in the slightest.

LOL, I had dinner with my cap friend last night and her food was cold. OMG, she demanded to see the manager! Needless to say our food was discounted and our dessert was free. Im an Aries and I wouldn't dare make a scene like that. I was so embarrassed.

There is a difference between having the will to participate in purposeful conflict and bullying IMO. One may be reasonable, the other often a childish ruse for the purpose of domination.

Leos are indeed pushy, often come off simply overbearing instead of intimidating. Arguing with a Leo is a losing battle, especially if they realize you've actually won the debate.
Virgos degrade others and try to cut you down to size at their worst. the receiving end probably ends up feeling they've been nagged extensively but not quite bullied.
Libras exercise control in subtle underhanded ways since most don't want to be the pillar of any resulting drama and they only play the instigator role once in a blue moon.
Scorpios can be such skilled manipulators, there's no need to go as far as your typical bully would.
Sagittarians may react angrily in the heat of the moment yet don't hold grudges easily. Doesn't have the dedication to become a proper bully although the spark is present. Potential jerks but rarely a bully.

Aquarians are prone to treat others coldly and keep distance(like many Libras)over resorting to forms of harassment.
Pisces are undercover aggressors. When interpersonal problems arise they may flip the script in their advantage(and your disadvantage)to win others over, illustrating the opposition as 'the bad guy'.
Aries are quick to act before thinking, with an undeniable aggressive side. Capable of raising hell although they may suffer from post-bullying remorse or embarrassment and often try to make amends.
Taurus makes a legendary bully granted they dislike you enough. Won't admit to wrongdoing nor shame for harshness toward others and holds a strong grudge.
Geminis will make snide remarks and subtly berate those they dislike to their faces and behind their backs. Not bullies, yet possible jerks.
Cancers are better suited to the victim role and their nature is more defensive than offensive. They won't make you feel bullied in a standoff, perhaps drained instead.
