I have the Venus placement, so it's more painful on my end. His end is far easier to deal with; Pluto allows him to come and go whenever he wants because the Venus person tends to bend to their whims.

You'll indulge in it until you're finally tired of it. Sometimes that's what it takes: throwing yourself into it until you know it so well that it no longer has power over you. And then... you can choose.

I hope you're right. This has been a fixation that'as lasted for years, and I just want some closure.

You were stronger than I'm being in my situation. He was never in a relationship with me, so I couldn't be upset with him flirting with someone else. And it hurts me more, because it genuinely feels like he doesn't care. Which is probably the case, so it's adding insult to injury. I'm making sure we have no contact, but the obsession lingers. And it's intense.

I think it is probably about the same for both internally. But Pluto has the upper hand in being able to control their expression. Pluto can feel crazily but bury it underneath layers of ice and deal with it alone. Venus needs to express and expel it typically.

YES. THIS. Precisely. Absolutely could be why he's so silent about it, but then I feel like I pick up on an energy that's conveying the same fixation. And I feel like I have to express it, always.

Haha not at all. I've always been upset seeing him pursue others, but I never would speak on something like that because of the fact that we weren't together. It's good that you were able to separate yourself from it. I'm hoping for that freedom soon here.

I don't enjoy being Venus in this synastry aspect. It's easier being Pluto in my opinion. I'm saying this because I already have Scorpio Rising and Venus Conjunction Pluto in my natal chart.. It's a bit difficult for me to not feel things to the extreme.

Whenever I was Pluto I was less affected but when I was Venus I experienced a feeling of torture and intense heartache. It was painful.

As Pluto did you feel anything?

Yes but not to the extreme as I did when I was Venus.
When I was Pluto I only felt like I could easily control the other person and I had all the power. Maybe even too much..

I feel I have the power upon him too ( in a Pluto squares Venus relationship). Not so much upon my behaviour towards him, though. Can't stop teasing and analysing him. I wonder why does he tolerate it so patiently and when is he going to snap, lol.

His Pluto opposite my Moon doesn't do too much to spoil the effect.

The ability to choose was always there, but this just works so much better I suppose. Carry on.
