Is Uranus and Neptune in the 7th house problematic?

Considering you may attract people who are too crazy or out of this world.

You'd probably attract fun people. I wouldn't worry.

It shouldn't be negative, problematic, if the aspects are positive.

What's most important is that you are aware what it is about you that attracts types of people, situations.

I went out with a guy who had gone out with a little blonde who had Uranus in her 7th house. My friends lived next door to his house & had a story about her. They were sitting out on the porch on a swing when they saw her drive up and storm into the house next door. She yells alot, 5, 10 minutes. By the time it hits 10 minutes, they can here an angry guy voice telling her to leave. A few more minutes later the front door opens. She sails out and lands sitting up on the lawn.

My friends had been laughing & talking about the prior night's party. When they saw her sail out they just sat there, frozen-faced. She got up, marched over to them, yelled something along the lines of "how dare you laugh at me" & slapped all three of them across the face with one slap, 3 Stooges style . She turned and stormed off into her car, peeling off, wheels spitting gravel.

I mentioned this to him, and he said he had just gone to sleep 3 hours before she arrived, shouting him awake, following him through to the bathroom & attempted to block him closing the door so she could continue yelling in his face.

This was a Leo/Uranus 7th house. It's likely more peaceful with other signs, but nonetheless explosive in its own way.
