I have this aspect and I would much rather see justice be served. :/ Venus conjunct Mars down to the very degree in Virgo in the 9th. I hate incompetence and mean people!!

Repurcussions meaning-- you hesitate to accuse

when they could get in trouble with Authority, like

a boss or supervisor.

I think I'm hesitant because I always think it's not a big deal, it was just a mistake or a one time thing. It's never an issue *once* or that one time. I overlook it. If a pattern emerges then I get pissy and will speak up.

I'm queen of benefit of the doubt. everyone has an off day.

This is someone I work with... we share the department, really.

We kind of (almost) got thrown under the bus, by this twit at corporate

who can't be bothered to respond to my emails, much less actually do

her job for our location.

But blaming US for her error?

I was going to steamroll her (with the file I am building, naturally... I see it coming).

HE.... bless his heart, says she covers a ton of departments and she's super busy

(he's heard) ... which makes me feel bad, and I pull the claws in.

But at the same time, I know this side of his personality is a lot of what

makes him a stellar individual... and he really is.

If you're going to have a flaw, being good to people (even if they're bad)

one too many times is a pretty good flaw to have.

Yes to all. Knowing this about myself I overcompensate and bang the gavel a bit too harshly. However I'm still hesitant to accuse.

talk to him. in a neutral non threatening environment (maybe over lunch). enforce the fact you are on his side and you understand. sometimes we just need to feel someone is on our side, you know? 🙂

Nope because they are not near 9 degree apart.

Like mine (I have cancer in both venus & mars, but Venus is at 1 degree while mars is at 20 degree.. so not an conjunction since it has to connect inside 9 degree)
