Natal chart progressions - Scorpio and Sagittarius dominant.

I'm still trying to understand it. What does your progressed chart actually mean? Is it how we have changed/grown in character as life progresses.

I now have A LOT of Scorpio and Sag influence in my chart.

Asc - Sag

Sun - Scorp - 12th house

Moon - Sag - 12th house

Merc - Sag - 12th house

Venus - Scorp - 11th house

Mars - Leo - 6th house

Jupiter - Cancer - 8th house

Saturn - Leo - 9th house

Uranus - Scorp - 11th house

Neptune - Sag - 11th house

Pluto - Libra - 11th house

Although not a positive trait growing up I was rather possessive and jealous when in a relationship, where as now it is COMPLETELY the opposite. How can this be with a Scop progressed sun or is the Sag influence in my chart overshadowing that.

Is it that I just learnt to deal with possessiveness and jealousy?

It's a day for a year.

One day in your progressed chart is geared towards 1 year in real time.

So say you live 100 years, the first 100 days after birth are repeated over your lifetime.

Your Moon's progressions are the biggest influence in repeating the cycle.

Ok that explains it better. Why is the moon the biggest influence though. I remember a topic about progressed moons ages ago, but I don't think it was ever explained why its the biggest influence. And if it is, I suppose it would make a bit more sense to me, having a moon in Sag if we just looking at emotions here.

This whole business with the Sag, that's what got me thinking about it. My reaction now is not what it would of been say even 5 years ago. What hurt more was the lie not the act itself. I am trying to understand why I have had this reaction to the situation.

Maybe it will be more helpful for you to look at a progressed chart.... progressing. As in, an animated one. I'm not sure if there are any online so I can't point you in any direction.

But when you see that, you'll see that really very little changes over the space of 12 months except the Moon moving through the chart, responsible for almost all of the new progressed aspects.

Your Moon is going to progress through to a new sign every 2.5 years of your life (by no coincidence the same amount of time Saturn progresses in real time - parental influences).

So you have (in loose terms if you want) - infancy to young adulthood - first 30 years of your life - 12 Moons signs lived through - your first Saturn return in real time book-ends this chapter of your life.

adulthood - 30 to 60 years old - your Moon's progressions repeated over again, with a new perspective (because your other planets have progressed from birth) - book-ended by a second Saturn return in real time.

middle age to twilight years - 60 to 90 years old - the same patterns from birth repeated a third time, with another new perspective - book-ended by your third Saturn return in real time.

And beyond that, well if you're planning to live long enough....



Either way your progressed chart isn't telling you that you'ree Sag because you're going through Sag progressions, it's just drawing out your fate.
