Tiz, my Moon is 29.49 degrees Aries, 12th house. What does this mean please? Are my emotions a mess? My Sun and moon conjunct and also with my asc.
A planet conjunct the ascendant in the 12th house is a planet you are conciously aware of and will use for personal gain, but in a subtle or undercover manner, unlike an actual 1st house planet person who would be more forceful or outwardly expressive. There will still be the element of 12th house secrecy, but you will absolutely be conciously aware of it. People will feel your conjunct planets of the ascendant more than see them themselves.

So for example,ASC conjunct Moon, with those placements people may sense you are sensitive, but not actually see you display them, though in the sign of Aries, that may be doubtful as Aries is a forceful sign, perhaps you are sensitive but people won't see the full spectrum of your emotions.

Planets conjunct the ascendant are no longer considered subconscious or shrouded like a planet in the 12th house that is not in conjunction of the ascendant. Look at the depositor of Aries(Mars),that will show you where you may focus your Sun and Moon and where you get or focus your sense of identity(ASC) or use your Sun(expression/ego) and Moon(sensitivities) the most. Look to see if Mars makes aspects to ASC,Sun,Moon and see what sign and house that Mars falls in.

Thanks for this. I've got some studying to do. Yes, people DO know I'm an Arian moon as you say, it's a forceful sign and will not go unnoticed. Also perhaps because my Moon conjuncts Mer. as well as the sun and my ASC. That's was important and I forgot to mention it.

Mars is in Gem and rules my second house. It's sort of a stand alone planet, in that there are no squares, triangles or sextiles here. No oppositions either except maybe Lilith and my North Node in Sag.? I'll have to double check the degrees to verify.
