Having the North Node in the First House suggests a focus on self-development and independence. While it may bring challenges in relationships, it encourages personal growth and embracing your true identity. This placement promotes self-awareness and confidence, helping you navigate relationships more effectively. It does not doom you to difficult partnerships but highlights the importance of balancing self-growth with connections.

My NN is also in tye 1st house, and yes -- I have had difficult relationships.
But neither you nor I are doomed. I count my 20+ year relationship very difficult and at the same time, very rewarding. Lots of personal growth, which is hard and sometimes painful. But I appreciate it all.

Posted by MahoganyLeoFew actual relationships (which would support the difficulty with tyem, lol) a handful of one night stands and a few that lasted a few months. My only other significant relationship besides the one I'm in was 9 months.Posted by sultrykitty

Thanks Sultry. How many relationships have you had prior to that one?

"The traditional interpretation of the North Node in 1st House, also known as the Dragon’s Head in the First House and Dragon’s Tail in the Seventh House, is good health and a strong mind, but troubled partnerships."
I didn't know how to bold the part I wanted you to read so I will post the entire article and link below. Just about everything it stated is very accurate. What are your thoughts?
