I wish my friends were into astrology. I think it's interesting that we have preferences in certain energies - I obviously like stelliums, especially scorpio (compliments my 8th house stellium). I think maybe, what we look for in people can lead to a magnetic attraction because we become so familiar with the energy that we can sense their energies - at least for me? it's so fun!

It depends on all the aspects, the general shape, the amount of same element in each of your charts, the mutual house placements...etc etc anything and everxthing can work or not work. In my experience there are no rules...
