Physical strength of signs?

Fire signs can bench press a planet. I'm going by physical description. List anyone?

All my strength is in my legs and gut. It's never fast sprints, but slow endurance. In high school I could out-legpress (some machine thing) most of the guys in my class. And I am a tiny thing. Then as I aged I had to go and slip my back out of alignment and all that jazz. Yay!

My boyfriend is a Virgo/Scorp (as I am a Scorp/Virgo) and his strength is also in his gut and legs. He has built up his arms, to a degree, but it took considerable effort to get there and it takes considerable effort to keep it. He also has a slipped disc in his back he must watch out for now. We're both slim. He's tall, though.

My ex was a Libra/Aqua/Aqua (triple air!). All his strength was in his arms. He could outrun me easily and his legs were scrawny things. He could run endurance and he could run sprints, but I doubt he could press much with his legs on one of those machines. His gut was turning a bit flabby due to a McDonald's addiction. His arms were HUGE.

My Leo brother would be considered a complete wimp in any sort of strength test, yet he thinks he's all that.

My Virgo brother is actually incredibly strong to a sometimes alarming degree. He's not bulky, though. He's lean. His strength is well-proportioned (not sticking to one area like the legs or the arms or the gut). Not too bright, though. Fisticuffs seem to follow in his wake.

My dad seems almost traditional Scorpio in that he presses himself to the breaking point, break, heals, then does it all over again; again and again. He is also much stronger than he looks. He is a Pisces/Cancer/Cancer and has become rounder in the middle as he has aged. He does not look strong. But he is.

My mom is Pisces/Pisces/Cancer and is, simply, round in the middle. No strength whatsoever. Very fragile. Typical. I remember once, sitting beside her with her broken ankle at the bottom of some stairs, telling her that no, she cannot get up. She was disoriented. Your leg is broken, mom. That's why you can't get up. (Dad had set the bone and was out of the room to get something while waiting for the ambulance). No, you have to stay here, mom.

I can bench press 150 last I checked. A significant improvement compared to 4 years ago

I'm an Aries, never really been into bench press before this year...I lift about 80lbs but I can't go higher cause I don't have any more weights. I still do sessions of 50 reps rather fast. I figure it's good for the pecs too, can't be all about overload. I surf and snowboard and do a ton of other sports, it's probably my Pisces Mars, and Neptune Sag 5th house.

Most I benched was close to 300lbs
curl 50lb-55lb dumbells
Squat 200
Half Squat 250

^^aghhhh Damn you Aqua lol. If I can match that physical strength I'd giving soft right hooks from Kimbo and he's an Aqua. Curling I could only do 40lbs dumbells. I haven't done squats and half squats in a while so I wouldn't know. But I will say longest chin up was 32 seconds. But that was when I was 14. So I'mma try it again and see if I can make it further.

^^Yes, yes indeed. Most Sags I know have good thighs and nice butts. Just to get that out there, their butts would put a Scorp to shame.

Nah, because I'm a scorp mars and my pain tolerance is extremely high. Got a gash on my forehead, didn't feel a thing. Even before and after the stitches were removed.

Leo and Scorpio are extremely similar....🙂

Yeah I was gonna say, Scorpio is a very good placement for Mars.
