Please help me find his rising….
Personality-wise, he is ESTJ, “the executive”: “Strong believers in the rule of law and authority that must be earned, ESTJ personalities lead by example, demonstrating dedication and purposeful honesty, and an utter rejection of laziness and cheating, especially in work.”
As far as I know him (and also noticed the effect he has on others) he is calm, friendly, likeable, gentle, easy to talk to, intelligent and caring. He is very careful with his money, but open minded about discovering new things and going places.

Does he have a birth record, or a carnet de santé (not sure what the equivalent is in english) it's like a little booklet with details of your birth, vaccines you have been administered etc.

Unfortunately they didn't use to write the birth time on birth certificates 50 years ago! They do it nowadays, though. Lucky youngsters!

I wouldn't know how to agree/disagree with a rising based on houses....
I know his houses as a Cap rising...the only thing I could say is that his DC is in Cancer and he was married to a cancer....

What is his outward manner like? How does he move? What does his voice sound like? Is he quiet or talkative on the initial meeting? I think those things can help you!
Good questions!
He is polite, well mannered and talkative, but he might be used to be like that due to his profession.
His voice is soft...he is rarely loud, even when argumentative. However his voicemail sounds strangely different to what I hear when he is with me.......funny highs and lows and a bit rushed/aggressive I would say.
He's got a good posture and walks smoothly, with wide steps, but not too fast.
