Question

If u have the birthdate & birth location but not the time, will the houses be all screwed up, like if it says Aries in 2nd House will it really be 2nd House? I read on here that rising will def not be what it really is if u don't have an exact birth time

if you don't have birth time then the ascendant is wrong which means all the houses are wrong. you can't trust anything about houses at all without a proper birth time.
