I was just providing some examples.
I find Scorpio mooners quite powerful in presence but maybe its because im one of them and share the same vibration.
I have Pluto in First and ive been told NUMEROUS times I have a very intense presence/vibe. People either love or hate me.... been that way since grade school.

What if it comes with a Scorpio sun?

I would say it would have to be a placement related to sun, Mars, or Pluto, since those deal with power. So, probably a fire sun or Mars would stand out as obviously on fire, if they are self-actualized. For Pluto it would be Pluto in first, 8th, Scorpio or conjunct sun or Mars. That person would have a dark intensity, instead of a fiery one.
What about having a mix of both?
Sun in Aries and Mars in the 1st house
Scorpio Moon and 8th house placements aspecting the sun

Lol best answer I've read all year.. don't know why these two placements are always thrown into discussions like these.. no disrespect to either of these two, I always admire the work ethic of Capricorns and the determination of Scorpios.
Darkness this darkness that.. some of you need to quit watching movies and get some fucking sunlight.
Don't base this off who stares the hardest or who's physically bigger and stronger or who's more autistic than the other.
Base it off personal accomplishment and how you affect and influence those around you, that's true power.
I hate to use this this guy as an example cause he needs to burn for an eternity but the leader of Isis happens to be a Leo and he's got to be one influential person to have thousands of followers do the barbaric shit they do.
