quincunx in synastry !
Meh. You guys might not see eye to eye on things and it can be annoying.
Quincunxes are 150 degrees apart from each other. So let's say... Aries and Virgo
Aries wants to do things now. Virgo wants to look at the details. As you can imagine, if you put those two together, both would grate on each other.
In synastry it would do about the same thing.
I've had a guy's Venus quincunx my moon and I felt like he wasn't "speaking my language" when trying to tell me something. But...that's just my interpretation of it.

I am curious about quincunx aspects in synastry as they seem so mysterious and rarely mentioned.
I came across an aspect a friend and I have in our our charts where we both have mercury quincunx each others jupiter in EXACT degrees !
My jupiter is 10 capricorn and his mercury is 10 gemini
My mercury is 7 degrees aries and his jupiter is 7 scorpio
is this really odd or influential and relevant in some way?
or is it just nothing? im curious!
