I don't think that's possible. Unless you are a very rich kid who doesn't have to work for the rest of life.
That would be impossible.

Have you ever had a relationship like this?
I dont know astrologically but people who have generally happy and positive attitude in life can have it.
A mans mars conjunct a woman's venus. Omg it last forever
Anything is possible. Couples married 20,30,50+ years.,I would think there's aspects of the honeymoon stage that helped keep them together that long. People always say marriage or relationships is work and you have to work at it, but some jobs are easier than others and some people gel like glue while others don't. Point is I think it depends on the 2 people lucky enough to find each other and last. Side note, couples also stay together until death for all the wrong reasons and choosing to tolerate each other instead, for them, there never was a honeymoon stage. I'm ranting, I'm working on making my replies one sentence answers in 2017..

Someone's mars conjuncted my venus and I didn't feel particularly upset even when he was acting disruptive.
Maybe it has more to do with whoever has Venus at their end

Impossible , it will come & go
Call me David Downer but I wouldn't want it to stay in the Honeymoon Phase simply because that is when we're our most blind. Plus, there's no real depth there. It's a fantasy. Superficial almost.
What bothers me is the cynicism in having a true and healthy relationship. One that is stable and grounded and built on a solid foundation. All I see now is people seeking a constant "high" and the reason being is they don't want to develop the tools within themselves to have a long term healthy relationship. "Good guys/women are boring" as they say but the truth is a relationship that is built on a constant honeymoon is not going to give one what they actually need on the long run.
In my opinion, it seems to get BETTER. Nothing thrills me more than old couples (not necessarily elderly in age) who might not hold hands, but take care of the less romantic, but important, gritty details of each other's life.
I look forward to it.
Only with intensity connecting EGO, Rising , Moon and Midheaven of both.
Why? Because Ego intensified, Growing and Learning too, Feelings ar most then fine and most important in this case vocation, so that can create their on business and work together like a charm, work & love all in one.

Maybe.
Personally, I would want it to leave that stage. Everything must evolve, and that's not always a bad thing. Love deepens and expands.
I'd take a deeper connection over the honeymoon stage any day.

Well this is an interesting question because if it's past tense that would suggest the honeymoon stage wasn't as satisfying in the long term if it ended. I mean why would anyone want to leave that type of relationship if it was?

my current SO and I are getting more intimate as the time goes on. 2 yrs now. living together. sex is great as ever. almost every day. and inseparable in public or private. it's all consuming. the world is just the 2 of us. it's pretty insane. it doesn't ever have to end. it's so effortless and really just cool that i never believed in soulmates until now. from the first moment i met her. it's incredible.the most important synastry of this is Venus Saturn imo. We both have venus saturn in our natal charts. also have venus saturn in synastry. Also have venus saturn in composite chart. dat long lasting love.
Is venus/saturn love or is it commitment?

In my opinion can be both, if you are familiar with Saturn (active in your chart) it means commitment but a willingness to commit, and a more serene love, not like a roller coaster but more like a stable and grounded love.
If you are not very saturnian and saturn aspects in synastry are hard ones, you may feel imprisoned or the other person is a burden to you
I had one for 5 years......we lived in separate countries and only met once a month
I guess if we had been together all the time, it would have been different, but for 5 years, it remained *new*

I have venus in capricorn and venus sq saturn.
To me they have always meant duty and commitment. Not so much love and passion that exists in the honeymoon phase.
I have this aspect with our son's dad.
He Saturn, me Venus. For me, there was never great passion, for him there was.
However, we are like glue....unfaltering in our respect for each other and as parents. We see each other every day and support our son together. I see Venus-Saturn as commitment and tenacious but not romantic. That would be Moon-Venus or for passion Venus-Mars

I found as the Venus person for it to be quite burdensome and heavy at times (I am Venus ruled so Saturn is like the stern parent to me) and yet feeling duty bound to that person....not in a resentful way, but just in a never ending loyalty type of vibe
It makes for a great aspect for parenting, i have found

In synastry for me it depends on the aspect, trines are really fine, like I feel stability without that heavyness, but I have venus-sat conjunction and square (double whammy I mean) and for me it feels like you describe, and as if we were sticked together

Maybe the definition of honeymoon phase might change over years for a couple, but I think it is possible for them to be very happy and content with each other and enjoy each stage of life together. It may be rare but have seen some couples who are very into each other even after years.

I dont think familiarity always breeds contempt . Sometimes 2 genuine people get out of honeymoon phase as they get too practical in life. And also when they do take their partners emotional needs for granted .

Not so much freedom with the ones I have met.....more like not wanting to be burdened with the domestic stuff....especially after raising children. I have known women say they don't want to be minding a man after experiencing the constant nurturing of motherhood, which can be very tiring

Is it possible? What aspects in synastry could help this?
Have you ever had a relationship like this?
Isn't that the "ideal" relationship? That relationship you see on the Hallmark channel?
I think everyone wants that type or relationship. I know I do. However, I'm gonna be pessimistic for a second and say that it will never happen for me.
I had it for 6 months.
I believe for lots of people, there is a shelf life for this kind of phase in a relationship
Maybe that is why so many people go off and have affairs, to recapture that feeling....?
I think you're exactly right
Familiarity can at times breed contempt.....if I ever choose to have a relationship again, we will have separate houses. The domestic thing can kill the romantic side of the relationship. I like the saying *absence makes the heart grow fonder*

Yea, that wouldn't fly with me! I gotta have my woman close to me
Makes it more exciting with a little distance ... π
While dating, sure! Once I have my prize, nope.
From my observations, it seems women are the ones that want to live separately.
Of course they do. They want that freedom and independence. Yet, wonder why guys refuse to put forth effort anymore or commit

What the hell does this mean?
Are you implying that money can buy love? And you even got likes, so that means there are more of you who think money can buy love.
How fucking bizarre !!!!!

I'm not sure if you are being sarcastic or serious.
I stated in my comment that it is physically impossible to have a honeymoon which lasts for the rest of your life without being rich. I mean, who's going to make the money?
It's a delusion the majority seems to claim as the perfect relationship.
While It can be noted that some ppl have claimed this paradise. .. I wouldn't devalue my time by searching for this rare phenomenon.
