Posted by HeavyEntertainmentShowI don't evne want to know about them in relationships I just want to know how a person and it's flip flop would be different. Since you're Pisces Sun, Virgo Moon can you give me some insight? I'm a Virgo Sun Pisces Moon and you can read above about how I feel/am, how does this affect u?
Good thing you didn't ask those with a flip-flop partner lol, too many spinsters here.
Can soooooooooort of shed some light on #D, considering I'm a Fish sun/Virgo moon and my boy is Virgo sun/Fish rising.......nah doesn't count, does it?

Posted by sierraleooneI would love more insight from you as you are similar to me. As to your response, here's what I have to say.
why not just accept that you can be all that?
i have virgo sun, pisces moon and cancer is also a dominant energy for me
ive never felt conflicted.. except maybe sometimes when i get the inclination to try to control my feelings over things that i should look at with more level-headedness
you talk as if your sun-moon doesn't have anything in common.. when they do
in fact, you seem to think that your sun is holding you back which is odd
if anything, my sun helps me keep my crap together

I suppose I can whip something up within 5 minutes.
Looking back, seems like my moon affected a lot more than I had realized.
- Sexually-wise, despite being Aries Venus (having a thing for faces), I seem to have inherited the Virgo's erogenous zone: the tummy. I do NOT like anyone touching me there unless we're doing each other. Likewise, I can touch my boy's face and not get a "rise", but if I stick my hand under his shirt to fondle his abs = instant boner.
Oh quit cringing, you asked.
- I also noticed I went through the infamous Virgo evolutionary stages. It started in my early teens when my family life went to hell pretty much overnight, had to emotionally steel myself to handle the fallout and became stoic like a Virgo.
Then around my late teens-early 20s I was a very critical guy and arrogant in my assessment of things in general.......sound familiar? I would often dismiss other people's opinion because I believed I knew better. All of the sudden I seemed to snap out of that in my late 20s - now.
- My exterior is almost robotic nowadays. My boy says my most expressive feature is my eyes, but I'm fairly sure I got an excellent poker face aka resting bitch face. Having dealt with an emotionally abusive father for 6 years taught me to shield my emotions because he got off on emotional displays. Unfortunately I became too good at that because for the most part I had trouble feeling anything. Nowadays it's a different story, naturally, but I'm still an adept poker-facer.

You said why not just accept that you can be all that, my answer to that is that I think I am on the path of doing just that. I'm on a self journey to get to that point of full self acceptance and being true to myself, but right not it is a rocky road and it's very difficult. I am only 19 years old and I've slowly realized that in my teenage years and even now, and I think for sometime in the future as well it's a process of getting self identity and self realization and I'm proud to say I've made a lot of progress but it's not complete yet.
Your statement about my sun holding me back, which you think is odd, is true. Let me explain. My moon wants to live and experience a certain type of world and life, but my virgo sun disagrees with that and doesn't really let me do that. My Virgo Sun kind of tells me, hey, get amazing grades, do great in college, get an amazing job, then pursue more financial and career success, live a great life, have wealth, be able to support your family, live in luxury, provide for parents, grandparents, children, relatives, etc etc. I want to be successful and prosperous so that I can help and give a great quality of life to my loved ones.
Then my Pisces Moon has different visions. My Pisces Moon tells me, hey, life is way more than money and sucess. It's about experiences, memories, emotions, love, friendship, etc. So it wants me to go out, do wild things, have fun adventures, make great memories, do dumb things, feel all kinds of emotions, do photography, create videos, travel, experience life at it's fullest without materialistic things. I want to look back at my life and see that I've done all this, I've had the greatest experiences ever and made the most amazing memories with the most amazing people in my life.
These conflict a lot, although I tried to be brief, it is much much deeper than that. For myself though, I'm learning and trying to get to a point where I can do both things properly and efficiently without causing harm to either side. That's the path I'm currently on. I think I'll get there one day. But more importantly, that's not the main reason I'm here that was just my personal example to shed some light and show an example.
I'm more curious to learn about other sign pairings in the sun and moon and how they would be flip flopped comparatively. If you can provide any information on that, that'd awesome. Thanks.
i think it would help if you see your sun as an instrument for your moon instead of a hindrance
it's important for you to study and to have a job.. those things could help you in achieving your dreams
our sun helps us in the practicalities of the real world
for example, ive got a passion for the stage but i didn't just dream about it...
i practiced, filled up some papers and went to some auditions to get a role
my virgo energy drove me through the trivialities that brought me to that role
acting chops enabled me to get sponsored for my studies back then
i attribute my patience for study to my virgo energy thoughclick to expand

That was good to read, especially that last statement. Also, regarding the catch about the "relationship" statements contradicting each other, when I was responding to the other person when I said I don't even want to know about relationships, I meant that I wasn't asking for how a sign combination and it's flip flop would be in a relationship. And when I said originally in my post "especially in relationships" I meant how that combination would be in a relationship in general, not in a relationship with it's counterpart.
As for your last statement, you said you feel a lot more as a Virgo even though that's your only placement of Virgo. This is exactly what I was alluding too. I have Virgo Sun, but Pisces Moon. I live my life as if i'm a Virgo but I *feel* and *identify* myself much much much MUCH more as a Pisces. I believe that truly, the inner me is a Pisces, I just live life on the Virgo Sun blueprint.
This is why I was curious as to how other signs and combinations were and how it affected them. Like for example, an Aries Sun Cancer Moon and a Cancer Sun Aries Moon, how would these people be different? The AS CM person would live life like an Aries but truly deeply be a sensitive and caring soul that is the Cancer Moon? and the CS AM person might live life like a Cancer but doesn't truly represent the Cancer energy as his/her moon is Aries? This is the kind of stuff that I want to know because I'm not sure if i'm right/wrong and the effects of the sign in sun/moon.
If you can shed any information on that, that'd be great.click to expand

Posted by TiltheEndoftheLineWow, that's really fucking amazing lol. Very similar. How do you find optimum happiness and satisfaction in your life? What are your goals, aspirations and desires in life? How do you go on living life to fulfill yourself? What's most important to you?
OP I have pretty much the same signs as you!
Virgo Sun/Pisces Moon with a Mars in Scorpio, although my Venus is in Virgo.
I feel like the way you described yourself there is very similar to the way I am 🙂

Okay well since my last post didn't workout well and nobody had the balls to read all the detail I wrote, I've decided to make another post that's much shorter and try to briefly explain and hopefully this time I can get some answers.
So pretty much my previous post was about Sun Sign vs. Moon Sign and how they affect a person and what would happen if the signs were flipped/switched around.
For example, I'm a Virgo Sun/Pisces Moon. I feel as though the actions I take and make, the decisions I make, the way I do things, generally just the way I live is governed by my Virgo Sun. But many times I find that that's not really truly me. I relate much much much MUCH more to my Pisces Moon and my Scorpio Venus and Mars. I find that the main focal point of my life is memories, great times, joy, happiness, amazing experiences, and most importantly love and emotion. Not just with a partner in a relationship but in all aspects of life itself. I am driven, I have passions, I have a very very strong personality underneath me but because of Sun being Virgo, I act very much like a Virgo and live my life like a Virgo and seemingly all that I am is just hidden inside of me, never externalized. My image and my reactions and just everything in general is filtered through the Virgo Sun and I feel that the true me never comes out, but it's there, and I know who I am. Although my actions and the way I live my life will be very Virgoish, deep down in my soul I feel as if I am a Pisces/Scorpio (I'm water dominant and Scorpio is most dominant sign).
So with that being said, I'm curious to see and know how people would be with a certain combination of signs and how that same person would be if theoretically those signs were flip flopped. What would be the effect? How would the person act/behave/live life? How would the person feel, who are they truly, what do they most relate to? I am ESPECIALLY curious to see/know how this person would be in a relationship, what kind of person would they be, how would they act, how would they feel, their emotional level, their behaviors, tendencies, compatibility, etc etc. Please be as in depth as possible, thanks.
Here is the list:
A) Cancer Sun and Aries Moon, & the counter of that being Aries Sun and Cancer Moon.
B) Pisces Sun and Sagittarius Moon, & the counter of that being Sagittarius Sun and Pisces Moon.
C) Pisces Sun and Gemini Moon, & the counter of that being Gemini Sun and Pisces Moon.
D) Virgo Sun and Pisces Moon, & the counter of that being Pisces Sun and Virgo Moon.
E) Virgo Sun and Cancer Moon, & the counter of that being Cancer Sun and Virgo Moon.
F) Gemini Sun and Scorpio Moon, & the counter of that being Scorpio Sun and Gemini Moon.
G) Scorpio Sun and Capricorn Moon, & the counter of that being Capricorn Sun and Scorpio Moon.
One person doesn't have to answer every single one, although that'd be really great if that person is knowledgeable and does that, but I'd like to hear about each one of those and it's counterpart so if one has already been answered please try to answer another one! Thanks.
I assume these were chosen for their square/opposition; however, did you also consider
For 'A' - The Aries Sun places the Sun in Exaltation
For 'A' and 'E' - The Cancer Moon places the Moon in Domicile.
For 'F' and 'G' - The Scorpio Moon places the Moon in Fall
For 'G' - The Capricorn Moon places the Moon in Detriment
This may impact whatever it is you hoped to learn from this question if those things weren't accounted for, as A, E, F, and G are not of equal weight on one side or the other of your counter.click to expand

Posted by LiteofMindLol the sag of course. I never got along well with Sags for some reason lol. But damn that sounds crazy of a pisces moon to be like that. not saying pisces moons are pure or whateaver but that just seems strange to me. as a pisces moon myself my life revolved around the concept of love and emotion and I don't think I would or most pisces moons would act like that. Good job tho lmao, shoulda unleashed the aries sun scorpio moon beast on his ass
I know a Sagg Sun/Pisces Moon that's bat shit crazy. He befriended me because he saw potential future opportunities with me, without ever really getting to know me as a person but always wanting me to listen to his problems and give him advice. And then would turn around and tell me what in my career I was doing wrong and that maybe I wasn't "good enough". Boy... I cut that sucker off eventually... the Scorpio moon in me thought I could help him by putting him in his place.
Posted by HeavyEntertainmentShowOh yea you're absolutely right. I can say that because I've been through that stage, a stage where i was so into astrology lol but honestly i'm really grounded when I need to be and I was able to eliminate deep invovlement of astrology in all parts of my life and it's great now I'm in a place where I have a pretty good amount of knowledge on it but it doesn't really affect my life like crazy it's become more of a fun thing, interesting thing, educational thing, and like a nice little hobby so yea I get where you're coming from and I agree that u can get crazy if u make it such a focus lol.
Actually you seem lost and overwhelmed.
The best advice I can give you considering the circumstances is to not obsess over it so much. Astrology is loose guidelines at best. Don't let it rule your life. Astrology can't possibly account for events or circumstances in your life which means it's not important. You're a person, not a birth chart.
You are the way you are, and you can't change who you are. So you might as well get comfortable in your own skin because it's the only one you get in this lifetime. Instead of obsessing about every little placement, just take a deep breath and let everything come together. They're all little pieces of the puzzle known as "you" and there's no swapping them.
Just put every one of them to good use because they all have positive qualities to them (yes, even stinking Libra placements......eewww). The last thing you want is to turn into that Hollyhock moron. If that happens, you'll make yourself crazy and you'll never be at peace.
Posted by LadyNeptuneYea I am actually. Dominant element is water and dominant sign is scorpio.
Your probably water dominant. Do your pullens chart and it'll also show your strongest placements.

Posted by Sp17You say that but reading your posts you seem to put too much emphasis in your birth chart and placements. Don't get me wrong, this an astrology and we come here to talk about it. But you are one person, one personality, as much of a virgo sun as a pisces moon. Think about your chart as different sides of your personality, different tools that you are aware of and ultimately choose when to activate. And not like if you have different personalities inside.Posted by HeavyEntertainmentShowOh yea you're absolutely right. But personally I was just wondering/thinking about how people would be different if they had signs flip flopped from sun and moon because I see a lot of celebrities that have certain placements and I just think how they'd be different maybe if those signs were switched so I got curious and wanted to ask around to see what information I could get.click to expand

If you flip the sun and moon position you have a different person. It will generate a different personality.click to expand
Posted by blvckphaseTell me more lol. I'd love to hear. I was curious about this combo.
I have Gemini Sun + Scorpio Moon. It's a constant battle between my head and my heart. The logical Gemini is forever battling the Scorpios feelings.. never know which one to listen to. I also have a lot of other water influence that doesn't help the situation.
