Sun Signs and Events
The Aries Guy was smirking because we worked events before and he knows how soft hearted I am but I managed to put up quite a good act for the rest. As Machiavelli said, it is better to be feared.
Then we had to pick the shifts. 12 hour shifts who were bound to get 14 hour shifts because stuff will go bad. We had to pick one team to work the day shift and 2 teams for the night.
The way I went about it:
Pisces chick and Cancer Guy worked together before so they were the first team
It was up to me, my Aries friend, the Leo guy and the Scorpio chick.
Logically I would??ve picked the Aries but I thought having the Leo guy with the Scorpio chick would be bad since they??re both fixed signs.
2nd team: Me and the Leo Guy
3rd team: Aries Guy and Scorpio Chick (mainly to post on this forum and troll starlover 😛)
I wanted a guy and a girl in each shift.

Out of everyone there I knew only the Aries Guy and he told me a Scorpio Chick was going to come also. The whole drive in the car from Bucharest to Cluj she kept quiet and sized everyone up under her black shades.
She was not pleased with her team mate so half an hour after I picked the teams she came to me
—I am better at this than he is. Why is he calling the shots over me—
—He isn't??
—So you mean..?? ??_and she threw me a smirk
—I mean the women will call the shots in all 3 teams yes??
—Gotcha??
Then the Aries followed shortly after:
—So..did she complain about me yet—
—Yes??
—I am better than she is??
—She says the opposite??
—Are you throwing a challenge my way—
—Pretty much??
Boy was he fired up. He turned and walked away and then he came back and went:
—You sneaky Virgo, you??
—What—
—In actuality you??re the one who??s calling the shots over all 5 of us. You just like to make us feel in charge??
—Yeah??
After some tension the first 2 days out of the 4, the Aries and the Scorpio got along well.
The Cancer and the Pisces were also awesome and very relaxed about it all.
Me and the Leo..everybody loved us. They loved him more because he was always cracking a joke while I was focused on everything going well according to the plan.

Second moment: The guys at Marlboro said we can get a full package of cigarettes if we only have 3 left and we go to them..no matter what brand we were smoking. I tell him about this, he goes "Things for free are beneath me". I loled.
All in all, wonderful event. I need to find some pictures and the after movie for this year's event and I will post.
I only wish Sags were also among us..I would've loved having them on my team.
Oh and the Taurus was a nightmare. He only cared about food and sleep all the time..thanks God he wasn't on my team. Earth signs in general..not so good with events.

lol yeah never heard of something like that. Asking for signs? lol people would be like, WHU? what? what the fuck? At least that's how it is around here and most european areas. People think that's just too fucking weird.
but if you ask for birthdays, like month and day, and it's for a special event or something, they'll give it.
Me and my family went up to Scotland and found alot of stone circles and stone graveyards, also some intereting sites that featured birthdays and what the DAY of your bday represented. It's not astrology but it sounds quite similar.

I hate how my Aries Moon registered a lot of lovely moments in the moment but then I completely forgot about most. It was an insane 5-6 days.
And no, we usually talk Astrology in a light manner..we're funny people so it does pop up when you meet someone.

it's not that. It's asking, "what's your sign" that is going to make alot of people go...huh? Sign? what sign? STOP sign? signs for what? You see, not many people are into astrology at all. when you ask SIGN, theyre gonna think, a sign from what? A message?
then you have to EXPLAIN in detail what each sun sign IS, and month. It's a whole process, like teaching a class.
that's why it's odd that so many people in Romania are so INTO astrology so easily to easily say, what's your sign w/out having them scratching their heads.

I had no other Earth sign on my team. The Taurus Guy was in the Virgo Guy's team.
And yeah, doesn't change the fact that we tend to fall into despotism. That's why I needed fire so I could get a reality check before I went all Hitler on this.

But me..oh God. I am easy going in most ways but when it comes to organizing shit and "My Way", I will go all the way. Wrong and strong if I have to.

12 people were involved..to cater to and organize 85.000 people. I first thought there were 20-25.000 but I found out today the real number.
Basically it's nonstop work and things have to go well and if they don't you need to be on your feet and think of a solution on the fly. As a Virgo, I was thrilled when my Aries friend came up to me and asked me to join the team. You also need to really like people in general or you'll tire fast.
The big boss is a Virgo Guy. I worked with him before and he's incredibly volatile. Things have to go his way or its the highway...which is something I totally get because he's incredibly competent. I recall this event we worked on..at some point there was a problem with scanning tickets and he started yelling in the general direction of me and my colleague. I couldn't tell if he was yelling at me or at her so amidst the yelling I went "So, can you at least specify who you're yelling at?". He stopped like a deer in the headlights and started laughing. We've been cool ever since.
This time it was impossible for him to manage everything by himself so we divided the work between the two of us.
Then he asked me to pick teams.
The 12 of us were: Virgo Guy , Virgo Girl, Aries Guy, Aries Girl, Leo Guy , Scorpio Girl, Cancer Guy, Pisces girl, Libra Guy, Libra Girl , Taurus Guy and another Pisces Girl
They were all lined up and I asked for their signs.
I knew I wanted the fire men on my team so the first 2 places were filled up immediately. Then the Scorpio Chick, because I work well with Scorpio Women. 2 more spots left..picked the Cancer Guy and then it was basically a toss between the 2 Pisces chicks. Lucky me, I picked the one with a Virgo boyfriend so she understood my neurotic ways.
We all went out to eat lunch after a 7 hour drive and I outlined the rules. I come across as a real bitch but I told all of them if we get our job done right and in time, the last night of the festival we will drink and party and do whatever they all want.
