How seriously should I take synastry? If synastry isn't too good, does it mean the relationship is doomed?

No.

I only know that synastry being perfect wouldn't promise a perfect relationship.

No, synastry is simply insight into, where you guys will be in sync and where y'all might have some difficult areas. Its your life, and your relationship but if you decide, its doomed then it is.

I try to take synastry less seriously now and it would make sense. I know a couple that has a good synastry according to one calculation programme that I trust, but I wouldn't like to have the relationship they have. I feel they lack respect towards each other, even though they have been together for a long time. I'm completely sure they will stay together, which is good cause they still match even though I feel they don't get along well. They say they are just kidding with their bickering. Maybe I'm too sensitive when I perceive them.

But I remember I dated a guy a long time ago and we had a good synastry, but it was an awful relationship to be in. I would never go through that again.
