I've done a quick research and come up with a few placements that could make one look sexy...

1. Lilith in the 1st house or aspecting the ASC

Lilith (black moon) is related to the dark side of one's sexuality, fetishes, desires, dominant sex and etc. With Lilith influence over the ascendant, the person will have this forbidden aura over them, making the other person think about sex but not in a romantical way. Megan Fox has lilith in the 1st house.

2. Pluto in the 1st house or aspecting the ASC

Pluto is just like Lilith but less focused in sex. Pluto is about power, magnetism, mystery, taboos, secrets and sex with deep connection. A lot of celebrities known for their sex appeal have Pluto in this position.

3. Scorpio placements

Just like Pluto but relating the power of Pluto to the planet. Scorpio sun (attractive personality), Scorpio rising (attractive appearance), Scorpio moon (attractive in a more subtle, aura, energy way), Scorpio venus (like the moon but lighter), Scorpio mars (High sexual drive)

4. Mars in the 1st house or aspecting the ASC

Mars rules the sex act, its energy is more agressive and evident than Pluto but less magnetic. Mars don't want you to come to them, they want to hunt and have you like you is a prize. Mars energy is dominant, firey, energetic and physical.
