It depends on the type of answers sought.

Someone struggling with long-standing neuroses or relationship issues - not much more than the nativity is needed.

Someone wondering about the prospects in an upcoming business deal - an horary chart or planetary return.

Someone curious about a recent life-altering event - solar arcs and progressions.

Yup, I wish I had more knowledge on Solar Arcs.
