I'm an aqua Venus, I seem to do well with Venus in the 12th house so maybe I would be the same with Venus Pisces hmm i love love lol

my cousin his a Cap sun, aqua moon, mars scorpio and Aqua Venus. He is extremely romantic! but sex drives him there... My ex had a pisces venus and she was very romantic, i have a cap venus and that complimented her venus

In my experience it's not a good pairing long term other than friendship.

I had a relationship with a Cap guy whose Venus was in Aqua while mine is in Pisces. We got along like soulmates for a long while. He was up for anything and he was very caring and romantic too, which may sound surprising.
